HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

The room is clean and perfectly equipped. The staff is very inviting and friendly. There are several fantastic restaurants and shops right outside. We could not have had a better experience here.

We stayed here for a couple days before our cruise. The hotel is perfectly located! Close enough to walk to all the sites yet quiet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen that is well stocked. It has a Keurig style coffee maker that I never did figure out how to use. But no worries, there is a restaurant across the street that serves excellent coffee! Laura and Mike are EXCELLENT hosts. SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing they were to us first time visitors to Rome!

How to even start. This is our first time and Rome and this place was recommended by a family member. My wife and I are so glad they did. Laura and Mike from the very start are great and advised us on places to visit and everything about our stay. The apartment was great now more we can ask for. It’s with in walking distance to every place we wanted. We walked the Vatican with in minutes and even to the Colosseum. I highly recommend this premises and when we return we will make sure to stay here again. There plenty of food and stores and even a laundry store within a couple minutes. Once again Laura and Mike thank you very much for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay! Mike was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked until we arrived. He shared great location tips, restaurant suggestions, and helpful info that made our trip so much easier. Excellent service and a perfect experience overall!

Great location, a "ski in ski out" experience where family could come and go during the day as needed. hiSuite was superior in communication before giving all information needed in a comforting way.
