It was nice and big and we could spread out as a family. We were surprised by the extra charges.

Great location. Clean room. Very accommodating. Towels were a bit stiff like sandpaper paper. A sacrifice worth the location and other wise very clean place. Bring your own soap if you prefer to bodywash

The accommodation was comfortable.
(powerful aircon, dishwasher, washing machine, fridges)
The location was great( almost right next to Castro Pretorio Metro station) A big Conad supermarket is near, a small Pam super market and a pharmacy are just across the road)
The host communicated with me fast and well. Airport taxi arrangement was reasonable for my group.
A little concern was ants in the kitchen area, but if you don’t leave any food around, I don’t think you have any problems.

Semplicemente da ripetere !! sono stata in questa Guesthouse durante la settimana dal 11 al 16 dicembre e 2023 e sono davvero soddisfatta della mia esperienza che è assolutamente positiva. la Guesthouse si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione Termini ma nella zona piu' interna, vicina alle ambasciate e pertanto, è molto sicura. La posizione centrale è inoltre comoda per gli spostamenti che possono esser fatti tranquillamente a piedi anzi è piacevole. Le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite e dotate di ogni confort come la zona cucina in comune Ambiente silenzioso ed è l'ideale per dormite rilassanti :-) E poi c'è lui, Antony, davvero squisito e disponibile per qualsiasi vostra richiesta Consigliatissimo Raffaella e Mimmo '2023

Accoglienza con professionalità e gentilezza. La camera ampia, ma soprattutto PULITA e ben arredata, con attenzione ai particolari. Una fornitissima zona cucina ci ha permesso di vivere bene, facendoci sentire un pò a casa nostra. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!!

La casa está situada muy cerca de la estación Termini, a unos 10 min andando. La zona es tranquila pero tiene de todo lo necesario: supermercados, farmacias, tiendas y restaurantes. Se puede ir andando al centro, a unos 25 minutos a pie, y a solo dos paradas de metro de la parada de metro del Coliseo. Nosotros éramos 8 personas y había tres habitaciones y tres cuartos de baño todos completos con aseo y duchas. La cocina es pequeña pero está bien. En la mesa tuvimos espacio para desayunar todos.

B&b comodissimo in Roma vicino alla stazione Termini. Avevamo una camera veramente spaziosa con un bagno grande. Il proprietario molto gentile, la pulizia veramente al top. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e sicuramente lo consiglierei.

Stanza e bagno grandi e puliti.. Per una famiglia di 4 persone é l ideale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile e dire poco.. Metro a 3 mn e supermercato lungo il tragitto. Posto auto in loco molto comodo. Top
