This hotel boasts an excellent location. Location, location, location! It's just a 3-minute walk from Termini Station, which has a metro station downstairs and a bus hub behind it, making it super convenient to get to any attraction. You can choose to take the metro, bus, or even walk. The breakfast here is particularly noteworthy. In Rome, where a freshly baked bread can cost 3-4 euros, this hotel offers freshly baked bread, pastries, and cakes every day, along with vegetables, fruits, various cooked meats, and different types of cheese – absolutely fantastic! The service is also good. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small, the facilities are slightly dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, the value for money is excellent, excellent, excellent!

It was minimal but convenient, and a quiet place just a few minutes away from Termini station.
A luggage room was available, but there were no tags or security systems in place.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located next to Termini train station, from where you can easily get to and from the airport even at night by bus. The breakfasts were good, the choice was small. The room was awfully small, with a view of the building next door. The bed is very uncomfortable. There were not even glass glasses in the room, not to mention a kettle and coffee/tea sets, which is simply unacceptable for a 4* hotel and the cost per night.

Convenient location, just 5 minutes to the metro and train station. Airport buses are also 5 minutes away, and you can walk to the main attractions. Excellent breakfast food.

I stayed for three nights, and the quality was surprisingly good. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was a bit small but well-organized, and the bedding was comfortable and cleaned daily. Despite facing the street, it was very quiet at night. The surrounding area offers extremely convenient transportation and dining options. Termini Central Station is just 200 meters away, making both subway and train travel easy. There's also an airport shuttle bus next door for €9, while the train costs €15. Two subway lines can take you to most popular attractions, usually directly, such as the Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels and Martyrs, Santa Maria della Vittoria, Palazzo Barberini, and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. From the subway, within about a one-kilometer walk, you can reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, various fountains, the Roman Forum, Capitoline Museums, and the Senate Museum, among others! Additionally, the hotel lobby provides free hot water and tea bags. Breakfast, besides coffee, is mainly Western-style cold dishes, very plentiful and tasty. Luggage storage is also free.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Rome Termini Station. It was super convenient even with luggage. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly polite.

The location is great, very close to Termini Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned; you still need a physical key to open the door, and it's quite heavy. You have to leave it at the front desk every time you go out. Accommodation in Rome is pretty expensive, so I'd recommend visiting during the off-season. There were way too many people during Easter.

Good location. Just 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Plenty of decent restaurante around the area. The facilities of hotel are a bit run-down, but the cleanliness is still at best. Good wifi. A lot of staffs with ability to speak english and with good service-mind. Not quite reach 4 stars level however at the amount of money you paid for is reasonable for a hotel in Rome.

Truly loved the location of this hotel which is very near Roma Termini where we arrived by airport bus. The receptionist Ms Jasmine was very warm and friendly. She responded to all our queries patiently and professionally. Our room decor was of old fashioned but the quality sleep and shower experience was not affected. We slept very well despite little noises from restaurant patrons downstairs. There are many great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our dining and shopping experience very much, all within a short and safe walking distance from our hotel. The breakfast variety was great as well. Thank you very much Hotel Luce. You made our holiday in Rome extra lovely and memorable!

The location near the station is incredibly convenient. I was also very impressed by how bright and spotlessly clean the front desk was. If I ever return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very good hotel! Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location is super convenient, with the metro, bus stops, and the train station all within easy reach. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants right around the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious, and daily housekeeping kept the room fresh. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed from April 12, 2025 to April 25, 2025. They have a 24 hour reception desk which is nice and I think some or maybe all at front desk spoke English and Italian.
They only have 1 or 2 vending machines in the back lobby area to get snacks in the middle of the night, but I did not use it because I got their breakfast every morning (7am to 10am). Their breakfast room which was near the front lobby was okay but not great (great being a Las Vegas buffet). They had cold cut meat slices like salami, chicken I think, ham. They also had cheese slices and bread slices though some seemed hard and need to be heated again. They had hard boiled eggs, lettuce, amd tomato slices. They had donuts and pastries some with fruit jelly and some with vanilla or hazelnut or chocolate. They had some fruit juices like pineapple juice and fruit juice.
The hotel room I stayed at was a single room with a thin bed and a desk and a window. It has A/C. The shower was small and hard to stretch out to wash but was clean. They had a housekeeper come and clean the room, but I usually told them I didn't need it and they they left after knocking. The bed sheets were white and clean. The fridge was small. There was no safe to store things and no microwave to heat food.
Overall, it is a good and clean hotel. The staff in the hotel and breakfast dining area all seemed helpful and friendly to me. The nice thing about the hotel was being very close to the train station just like less than a two minute walk to train station. There are also some convenience stores to buy some food and drinks. There is also several restaurants nearby to the hotel and a laundromat.
I wish they had:
1) Coin-operated laundry machines inside.
2) More vending machine for snacks or sandwiches.
3) An ATM machine perhaps to withdraw anytime.
