Raeli Hotel Floridia

Very friendly staff. The room matched the description. Clean, but some materials were worn (bathtub, curtains, etc.). There was a lack of ID check when requesting the room key at reception. No staff were there to verify that luggage retrieved from the storage room belonged to the guests who had left it. Anyone could take luggage that didn't belong to them.

The Hotel Floridia in Rome scores highly with its central location, good breakfast, and decent service. Unfortunately, the rooms are noticeably dated, the shower is impractically designed, and when the air conditioning is on, you can hear an annoying humming noise from behind the TV cabinet.

The room was awful, the air conditioner was broken, and the room only had a very small window facing the corridor. It was hot as a steamer in summer. The bathroom was the worst, there was no dry and wet separation, and there was not even a shower curtain. When taking a shower, the floor was full of water and it was easy to slip. The hair dryer was an antique from an unknown era, the wind was very weak, and the water pressure was unstable, often hot and cold, and even out of water. It was so annoying. The facilities of this hotel are too bad.
