The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.

I have fully paid for the booking online which has included everything ie city tax and other fees but upon check out, the staff still request for city tax totalling €72. After showing the confirmation email, the staff still dragged us long before our check out is completed. They should have liaised with trip.com instead

They didn’t had swimming pool available even if we went on school holidays. They kept indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool closed by purpose, and didn’t mentioned to any of the website. I have hooked Marriott for kids as they wanted swimming pool. Very disappointed

Took 69 minutes to check in. Lounge, pool, spa, and pool bar were closed with no opening date posted. No house keeping because staff did not show up. Asked 6 hrs for towels and soap. Never any soap. Every meal was lukewarm.

The rooms are very attentively decorated. Double bath in each room with all amenities. The staff is super. Special mentioning its worth for the room cleaning ladies, front desk staff and specially helpful Luca door bell boy. We will definitely be back.

The lobby and rooms are very luxurious. It is very far from the city. You need to take a bus first and then a train to get there. It takes about an hour to get to the Colosseum. The airport is very close, but a taxi costs 43 euros, which is outrageous! The biggest disadvantage is that there are cleaning staff who steal things!
