The facility is located on the outskirts of the city, so it would be dangerous to go there alone. Maybe it's because it's old, but the wind keeps blowing through the window and it's cold. Heater needs cleaning. Still, I had fun at the accommodation.

The staff is very friendly. I used paid parking during my 3-day stay, and even when I went in late at night, they always kindly opened the parking lot **. It is unfortunate that the building is old due to the nature of the area in Rome, but I think it can't be helped. Breakfast is very simple, with coffee and bread.

위치가 좋은데 저녁에는 테르미니역 근처라 살짝 무서워요 그래도 도보로 주요 관광지 다 가능하고 깨끗해서 추천합니다

This was my friends’ and my first time solo travelling, so we were a bit nervous going into it — but staying at this hotel honestly made the whole experience so much better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made it stand out was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and accommodating — they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. One staff member in particular, Madina (I think that’s her name!), was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and genuinely made a big difference to our trip. We’re so grateful to have chosen this place and would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Basic but very clean room on the 4th floor, lovely view over the city with very nice old fashioned shutter windows. Air con was silent and worked well. This is such a friendly hotel, the reception staff helpful and welcoming, and able to recommend restaurants and places to visit. Bed and towels changed daily. It felt safe, reception is manner 24hrs and we left cameras, ipads, etc in the room throughout the stay in our room. Basic but FREE breakfast included in the basement dining room and / or garden terrace. Would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Parker as a base for exploring Rome. 20 min stroll to the Coliseum. Taverna dei miglioro just down the road for beautiful Italian food. 10 min walk to Rome Termini Station for tour busses. An excellent stay there, we'll be back, thanks. Tim and Michelle Baldwin.

Our stay at Hotel Parker was a disaster from the beginning. We originally booked at Hotel Espana, but without any notice or consultation, we were moved to Hotel Parker. The room was awful: the beds were rock-hard, and the noise was unbearable – we could hear every little sound from the hallway and the reception area, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The worst part, however, has been the complete lack of responsibility regarding a deep scratch on our car that was caused at the parking lot. At first, they promised to help and said there were security cameras. Then suddenly, the footage wasn’t available, and no one could give us a straight answer. Despite repeated promises to contact the insurance company, they have completely stopped responding. It feels like they couldn’t care less now that we’ve checked out. We are left with a damaged car, no follow-up, and the distinct feeling that they’re intentionally ignoring us because we’re no longer staying at the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable.

It was a very good experience. 24 hours reception, we arrived late and all good. I see people complaining about the breakfast but it’s for free so I don’t understand the reviews. The bed was good, it’s safe and we walked to the coliseum in the night . It was pretty close. Like 20 mins. Termini station is super close. Some dodgy faces around the station but it’s the same everywhere. It’s an old building so don’t expect ikea but it has A/C. Super important this time of the year. The staff is great by the way! Thanks a lot for everything.

Room which we got was basic (expected a bit more than that). Windows were dodgy (not closing fully). However no major complaints. 1km from Roma Termini was the reason we booked this. Just that for the price paid we didn’t feel we got the value.

We picked the hotel as it was close to the station as we didn't want to pull cases too far. Around the station is a little scruffy like many cities but the road at the hotel is fine. The pictures do not do the hotel justice as it appears to have had a refurbishment. However the hotel was spotlessly clean with an amazingly friendly reception team (Ali) and the manager of the hotel was so helpful, nothing was a trouble. There is a free breakfast of pastries and hot drink machine, great for starting off the day. A 10 minute walk to the metro to Mazoni station got you to most places in the city. There is a little garden patio outside for warm days. We stayed a week and really enjoyed the stay .

Considerably better than the Temple of Pallas across the street. The latter is a dump, poorly managed. The Parker is a good hotel, old-fashioned but clean and with decent rooms. Good breakfast.

Simple, old hotel, but with a good location, close to Termine Station and the Metro. Large room with a good bed and a great shower. Tiny TV with several channels, but not in other languages. Breakfast is quite modest, but it's a gift from the hotel. Yes, there is train noise, but it's not something that prevents you from sleeping. The service and attention of the staff is the hotel's main strength.

I called the hotel to find out the rates for staying there. The person who answered (female voice) gave me the room rates over the phone. Once I agreed on the prices, the person said they would send me a quote right away, which I had to accept via email. When I didn't receive anything, the next day I requested a quote, and it arrived with the prices increased by €10 per person. When I asked for an explanation, they told me that the previous day's offer had expired because I hadn't accepted the quote THEY DIDN'T SEND ME. I reported the problem and they didn't even respond. I don't think this is appropriate behavior.

Basic, clean hotel. Excellent value for money, very conveniently located near Termini Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace. I can only rate this hotel highly.

The hotel was very well located with friendly staff, however the walls were poorly insulated, we could hear the slightest noises like the toilet flushing, the noises of the cupboard, people passing in the corridor and other things, the cushions were super hard
