The facility is located on the outskirts of the city, so it would be dangerous to go there alone. Maybe it's because it's old, but the wind keeps blowing through the window and it's cold. Heater needs cleaning. Still, I had fun at the accommodation.

The staff are very friendly. I stayed for 3 days and used paid parking, and they always kindly opened the parking lot gate even if I entered late at night.
It is unfortunate that the buildings are old due to the nature of Rome, but I think it is unavoidable. Breakfast is very simple and includes coffee and bread.

The room is relatively small. There was no breakfast, but a light meal was also provided, which was not bad and saved money. Room which we got was basic (expected a bit more than that). Windows were dodgy (not closing fully). However no major complaints. 1km from Roma Termini was the reason we booked this. Just that for the price paid we didn’t feel we got the value.

We picked the hotel as it was close to the station as we didn't want to pull cases too far. Around the station is a little scruffy like many cities but the road at the hotel is fine. The pictures do not do the hotel justice as it appears to have had a refurbishment. However the hotel was spotlessly clean with an amazingly friendly reception team (Ali) and the manager of the hotel was so helpful, nothing was a trouble. There is a free breakfast of pastries and hot drink machine, great for starting off the day. A 10 minute walk to the metro to Mazoni station got you to most places in the city. There is a little garden patio outside for warm days. We stayed a week and really enjoyed the stay .

Great Service ! Location is close to roma termini. We had a surprise breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds, plus room is always make up even without requesting for it. 3*** hotel but Top Service Quality. Highly recommended

We booked Hotel Parker to be close to the train station for our journey onto our next stop on our Italy tour. The short walk from the train station to the hotel is an area that’s a bit run down but the actual street the hotel is on is fine. The hotel itself was lovely, it’s appears to have been fully refurbished, it also has a lovely seating area out the back and a breakfast of croissants/pastries and coffee in the morning. The rooms could do with a bit of soundproofing but otherwise they were gorgeous and the staff were very helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the metro station Manzoni which gives you a direct line to all the sights so very easy to go to and from each day. The hotel is also close to a supermarket for supplies and pharmacy (we found the mosquitos bad so bought some Autan spray and it worked brilliantly). There’s a lovely restaurant a couple of minutes along the road called La Taverna Italiana, I’d recommend a visit here if you’re staying in Hotel Parker, the food was lovely particularly the cacio e pepe the version with the bacon in it.
