The place is close to all attractions. The room was clean the bathroom was good. The shower has hot water and the pressure was strong. Overall it was pretty good, the only thing I do not like will be the indoor light was quite dim.

A very bad hotel, the shower leaked and there were marks on the sheets. And the hotel also charges various fees. Definitely don't book this! ! !

The hotel is a tiny boutique hotel in a busy downtown area. So grateful for the noise proof windows! No air conditioning but it was necessary when we were there in January.
Breakfast was included and was full of tasty choices, including a variety of fresh cakes and pastry. The chef was available to take your order for omelets.

The staff at the Palazzo Caruso were friendly good at their jobs and pleasant at all times. They made our stay effortless and we would go back there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful Boutique hotel in Rome City Centre. Check in was easy and everyone was kind in the hotel. Close to many great dining options and walkable to many historical landmarks!

We enjoyed how central this hotel was and the staff was very friendly. There was a light in the room that we couldn't figure out how to turn off and the shower door leaked water on the floor when used. Big spacious rooms and very quite so would stay here again.

Great Location and Great Hotel Staff!! Wi-Fi did not work most of the stay (5 days) and had issues with the hot water a couple times but the staff took care of the hot water immediately.

Our room and bathroom was large compared to other hotels we have stayed in Europe. We were pleasantly surprised with a Nespresso machine in the room. We had a nice view of the fountain of Poseidon. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, and I wish we had stayed here for longer, this was a last minute booking to return back home from Florence. The hotel arranged our early morning transfer to the airport. I would most certainly recommend this hotel.
