The hotel is one of three other hotels spread out in the same building. The entrance area is more like a construction site. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to ride in the elevator. So the waiting time is a little longer.
The hotel is on the 6th floor. The reception is rarely manned. The workers who renovate the remaining floors sleep on the 5th floor and were sometimes extremely loud (door slams shut all the time)
The bathroom was large but broken in some places. The bathtub was installed crookedly, the rod fell out - so taking a shower was a hassle.
You shouldn't leave any worthless things lying around in the room, because sometimes the cleaning staff doesn't always lock the door.
The location is relatively ok. One is close to the roma termini - the train station. However, one should not stay there in the evening. The smell and the countless homeless people are frightening.

I booked the hotel through Smartbox because I needed a base hotel to visit Rome. I must say that the location is excellent (close to 10 minutes from the Repubblica metro station) and the street appears very quiet; Despite this, I believe that this cannot even be defined as a hotel, but as a guest house, as the reception is non-existent and the only way to communicate with the hoteliers is the WhatsApp channel. The minimal, nice room is clean enough but not too much, but completely different from the presentation photographs. The wooden door was practically cracked and the carpet was very damaged. On the second day there was no water and we had to wait a while to use the shower and bathroom. The reception wasn't the best. Nice place, but I wouldn't go back.

Iniziamo dal fatto che é uno dei pochi che ho potuto prenotare usufruendo di un pacchetto regalo emozione 3. A primo impatto la camera sembrava normale e ristrutturata da poco poi guardandomi un attimo in giro noto la porta bagno gonfia di umidità, comodini rovinati e questo è il meno. Il problema è il copriletto con diverse macchie e uno strappo al centro, la tenda macchiata di sangue, per finire vado a fare la doccia e appena apro l acqua salta via il rompi getto del telefono facendo uscire l'acqua in modo diretto. Veramente stanza pessima.

Stanza squallida è dir poco, sporca, il bagno indecente. Purtroppo non ho fatto foto. Al momento che dovevamo fare il check, non risponde nessuno al telefono, quindi ci rechiamo lì e attaccato all'ascensore troviamo un altro numero. Troviamo un signore scorbutico e non ci spiega niente. L'unica foto è la facciata ed è l'unica cosa che troverete uguale.
