The suites are on the first floor (second for the US readers) of a normal building. There is a tiny reception desk staffed by John, the only person regularly on site - and with such a friendly and diligent receptionist-housekeeper, that's really all that is needed! The room feels like a hotel, the property overall a little more like an AirBnB, which is fine if you don't need hotel amenities. There is a rooftop terrace and a small bar with complimentary coffee/tea, water and some snacks. We had a triple room facing the street. Room including bathroom was spacious, very comfortable and clean. View to the street is nothing special, it does get a bit noisy with restaurants and traffic, but the closed windows keep the sound out reliably. Breakfast, if ordered, is a minute or two down the street at a small café/bar, and was quite good. The location is great for sightseeing - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona are in easy walking distance, the Barberini Metro station also only a couple of minutes away. The numerous sites make the area quite touristy and busy, but not unpleasant.
