NYX Hotel Rome by Leonardo Hotels

The hotel is new and very clean! It's a 10-minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo! The air conditioning works great!

The room wasn't ready in a timely manner. We arrived before noon, went out for lunch, and by the time we returned around 3 PM, the room still wasn't prepared. We had to repeatedly urge them to check us in. It would have been better if they were more efficient.

Traveling with my son, this hotel was cozy and clean. The room size was just right. The hotel isn't in a tourist area, so there are many authentic Sicilian restaurants frequented by locals, and the prices are very reasonable. I really liked it here. The hotel is also close to the metro. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location. The room was super comfortable and bright 👻. When I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. And yes! There was a young man at the front desk who spoke Russian!

Be cautious if you're driving. When I visited, the hotel parking lot was under renovation, so I had to park in a ridiculously expensive private lot nearby. The hotel restaurant was terrible; the pasta was so salty my tongue went numb, and it was overpriced. The best part was the complimentary bread. The next day, I woke up with an upset stomach and diarrhea. I'd recommend eating out. However, the room itself gets high marks, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel decor is quite new, and the lobby design is unique. In the room, they provide tissues, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. There's also drinking water available in the lobby. The downside is that there's very little counter space in the room, and the bathroom design isn't very practical. What's more, the daily housekeeping was quite poor. Overall, though, it exceeded my expectations.

Clean and conveniently located with a bus stop right outside. There's a gym and a good variety of breakfast options. The room isn't big, but it's fine for two people; definitely too small for three.

The hotel is new, clean, and features modern decor. The location is great, near the Vatican, and you can reach most other major Roman attractions easily by bus from right outside the hotel. However, the service was just average. We were told that the complimentary bottled water in the room was only provided on the first day of our three-day stay and wouldn't be refilled. On the plus side, luggage storage was free.
