The problem is the air condition was not working at all. They still sell the hotel service at 4 star level but they do not give you any prior notification the AC would not be on your purchase list. But of course the price was like for the entire list of services promoted. The air in the room was 26-27 degrees and they told us it is not warm enough to start air conditioning.So we open the windows and we struggled with the street noise from outside all night long. Too bad for the young employees doing their best in their line of work, the management is not up to the task. Prices are quite high but do not expect anyone to provide you with value for money. We do not recommend this hotel in Roman, except desperate cases when you have no other choice. So, people, stay away from it !
