I booked this hotel because it has a pool. However, they fail to mention that it is not heated. We stayed there two nights, a week apart. On both occasions, I attempted to swim, but it was too cold. No one else was in the pool. The 2nd time we were there, it was a beautiful hot day of 32 degrees. The pool had not been cleaned since we were there the week before. Why keep it open if your guests can't enjoy it? Why not advertise that it is not heated, so we can make an informed choice whether to book it or find another hotel. Very disappointed.

The best place to stay when visiting Cosenza or the surrounding areas. The hotel is clean, amazing pool. great breakfast and restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mikela. We where 19 people staying here, large enough outdoor space to sit and chit chat. very comfortable. The only negative is tiny rooms.

I had a great stay at the hotel Europa. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The shopping center next door was convenient, and there is a farmacia, as well as a market very close for anything you need. The room was comfortable, clean, and safe, and breakfast very good. The pool was wonderful.

Great hotel outside of Cosenza. We had another hotel booked, but when we arrived it was in an unsafe area. Kevin at the front desk was able to accommodate our large group. The rooms are nice! The pool is great. And Thr breakfast is amazing. 2 min walk to a mall. Very safe area. I would definitely recommend staying here!
