Left my bags behind, these legends kept them safe for 4 hours!

No shower use as it flooded and did kit drain. Towel rack non useable as it fell off because a Piece of paper stuffed in it holds it up. Staff are rude and ignorant apart from receptionist she is lovely. Refuse to fix or refund or sort out their issues. I just have to go without a shower because they don't care. Not knowing it didn't drain means A. they didn't clean it because running water into would mean u would notice it not drain or B. They didn't notice it and they just didn't believe i had a right to a working shower. The room had a weird stink upon entry It nearly made me throw up Tried to keep my reservation mone u for false accusations just to avoided what they deprived me of. Do mot reccommend

I booked the King Suite and I ended up with a double bed and a single bed. Spoke to someone in reception and she was unable to help us and told there was nothing she could do cause it was fully booked. If I ever need to stay in Rocky again I won’t be staying here

room was basic , bathroom was good , great hot water and pressure, bed was average but slept okay only spent 6 hours so did the job for a quick stop over

Checked in late and the code didn’t work but there was a nice lady there who helped me!!

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Building is old and rooms are very plain but fine for just a stopover or short stay.

The room including the bathroom was clean. Had all amenities and basic needs and even coffee and water. The location was ideal since it was close to shops and cafes and the surroundings were nice. The staff was friendly, attentive and had regular room service. Had a pleasant stay :)

Convenient in terms of location. The whole complex needs more than a clean, renovation

Don't stay here Room was horrible. Shower constantly leaking and dripping. Said they were going to fix it, but never did. Room was dirty.
