Lovely hotel. Stayed in the Garden Room, a nicer suite. It was very plush and nice in the areas you could immediately see, but really dusty and dirty in the places you couldn’t see.
The train runs every 2 hours or so about a block and 1/2 from the hotel and they lean on the horn whilst passing. If that kind of ground rumbling horn blasting noise would bother you…. Well, you don’t have many other choices in Rockdale.

Old style. Quaint. Needs some interior work and updating, for example needs new drapes and some wall repairs. But it fits my budget and i was very pleased with my accommodations overall.
