Days Inn by Wyndham Rock Springs

The hotel is ok, is recently renovated so room are newish. Nothing to complain about the room apart from the shower (water direction is fixed to a weird direction). The breakfast is extremely minimal (only coffee and mini roll). In general you get what you pay for, so nothing to complain about.

Rude staff. Dirty bathroom Stairs are far from where you park and room access for upper floor.

I stayed at this Days Inn property expecting a standard hotel experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The building appears to be a very run-down property from the 1970s, and the condition of the room reflected that. The room itself was extremely small and in poor condition. While the shower did at least have hot water, that was about the only positive. There was a large, dirty hole where the shower head came out of the wall, and the shower curtain was paper-thin. The space was so cramped that it was difficult to even bend over comfortably without bumping into the bathroom. The overall maintenance of the room was clearly lacking. The door trim looked like mismatched, leftover pieces of wood with sections missing. The bathroom door latch appeared to have been crudely cut out by hand and never properly repaired. The front door was not sealed at all—you could see daylight coming through around the frame—and the bottom of the door was deteriorating, with the ***** coming loose. Overall, the property was in significant disrepair and did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel under the Days Inn name.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible though. Frozen burritos wrapped in Saran wrap with sunny D. The coffee was good but it was good I smelled the milk because it was rancid. Great for a short stay just don't eat breakfast there.

Guest in nearby room was screaming at the top of her lungs all night and front desk did not help remedy situation

Fist off the clerk attempted to charge my card a 50.00 incidental fee at the time of booking even though I book through Travelocity and I stated to him nowhere on his ad did it state there would be a fee. He did state it was a refundable after the fact and when I checked out it would be credited back to my account within 10 business days. I firmly stated he would not be charging me the fee and he eventually agreed to it. I would have went to another hotel but I had already paid for room. Breakfast was a microwaveable burrito and bottle of sunny d. The clerk was polite but I felt that the fee should be told in the booking description prior to paying for room.

Port in the storm. Warm room but bed wasn't great. Showed it had breakfast and was one of the reasons chosen. Breakfast was a bean and cheese burrito and Sunny D. Coffee was decent. People were nice and helpful. It is a motel and parking was right out the door.

They overcharged my with incorrect amounts that I have dispute with bank. A $25 dollar dog charge turned to $78 charge for $63. Fraudulent place. Never staying at this place again.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights as I had two medical treatments that left me completely exhausted! The management had us assigned to a second floor room. When they found out that I was in town for medical treatments, they immediately changed us to a first floor room without us having to request it! They were delightful!
