Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area/ Saint Marys

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and check‑in was quick and easy. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The breakfast setup was fantastic, with plenty of choices to start the day right. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

What an awesome staff. We were there because of a family member at St Mary's hospital, stayed for 24 days. The staff was so helpful and courteous. We can't thank you enough.

We booked here a few weeks out, so there were only accessibility rooms left with 2 queen beds. They were the low profile beds, which is fine in the fact they were lower, but were very uncomfortable. They sloped toward the middle, and felt 10 yrs old. We tossed and turned all night and had a terrible sleep. I can't say if the normal beds at this place are better, just basing off my experience. Trying to change my 2nd night to another Hilton elsewhere. Staff was friendly and place is clean, but if I can't be comfortable sleeping at a hotel what's the point?

I frequently stay at the Homewood Suites for clinic appointments. I love the complimentary breakfast and proximity to the clinic. If you are looking for a long-term stay in Rochester, this is the best hotel that I've come across.

We have been staying here pretty frequently over the last 4 months to visit a family member staying at St. Mary's across the street. I can not say enough about the staff and how accommodating they have been. Emily, Caitin, and Irena (sp?), and the breakfast attendant (not sure of name) are a few that stand out. We've only encountered one staff member who has not been pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious and the lobby is nicely decorated for Christmas. The only thing I would say could use improvement is more consistency in the Elite benefits (we have sometimes gotten snacks, but more often not) and informing people about the hotel offerings (I think they offer occasional meals, happy hour, and grocery delivery but I'm not sure and we've stayed there probably 20 nights). Also worth mentioning is a beautiful outdoor area with a fireplace, grill, and basketball. This was a great option when the weather was nice!
