The hotel lobby is very booky and unique. The front desk staff arranged a room on the 6th floor. The room is clean and tidy. The carpet is new and not dirty like other hotel carpets. The toilet in the room is separated from dry and wet. The shower room attendants are all The anti-slip mat was laid, the air conditioner was turned on in advance, the service is good, the front desk is fast, the service is very good, the hotel is neat and the environment is good, and the transportation is convenient. There is a university town night market not far from the hotel. Since no parking space was found in the hotel’s parking lot, I called the front desk and arranged for someone to park for me immediately. Help me take my luggage, the service is very good. The apartment is near everything, it is very convenient. However, the facilities at the apartment are not very good. The staff is nice. We do not like the room and must change to a hotel the next day. The toilet is the worst part.

It was very late when I came, but I was still surprised by the hotel. When I entered the room, it was very warm. I turned on the air conditioner in advance. I plugged in the room card and had a little love classmate. I could also control the TV and curtains. I went to eat a little in the morning. It was very fresh. When I left, I made a popcorn. It just happened to be out of the pot, delicious. And the room is a floor-to-ceiling window, open the curtains and feel good.

This is one of the earliest five-star hotels in Rizhao. Although it has a long history, the facilities are still very good. The location is excellent. Just across the road is the beach and the coastal wooden boardwalk, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. The most important thing is the thoughtful service that makes people feel warm. A fruit plate was delivered as soon as I checked in, and a souvenir was delivered before I checked out. It was so thoughtful. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is great!

The executive room I ordered is very spacious. It is enough for Rizhao tourism. The new hotel has some taste, but it is acceptable and not pungent. The hotel is really nice.
The transportation is convenient, just near the Wanxianghui, Wanda Plaza, and very close to the Wanpingkou Scenic Area.
Another good thing about the hotel is that the rooms are cleaned by aunt every day, clean and tidy.

A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest at night. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional and made me feel right at home.
What is particularly worth mentioning is the hotel's assistant lobby manager. He is very warm and considerate. No matter what needs I have, he will patiently and meticulously help me solve them. His service attitude and professionalism made me have a very good impression of the hotel.
In addition, the hotel has first-class facilities such as a gym and swimming pool, allowing me to maintain a healthy lifestyle during my stay. Although the hotel is a little far from the seaside, there is Suning Mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Rizhao Suning. I highly recommend it to friends who need to travel to Rizhao! Especially the service provided by the assistant lobby manager is really great!

The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there.
Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃
