It was great experience to stay there. Something i need regarding cleaner, if there is a specific time of cleaning and nobody is present in room. Do not allow cleaner to open the room. Or either to inform guest this that cleaner can enter if no one is present in room so that we can manage accordingly by notification of DND. Thank you.

The check-in and check-out process was very flexible, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the location was inconvenient, as there was nothing nearby. In addition, our suite had no windows—meaning no natural sunlight or view—which made the stay less pleasant.

An old five-star hotel, the surrounding area is desolate and deserted. The breakfast is geared towards foreign tastes. The environment is nice, the rooms are quite luxurious and large, and they are long and narrow. The bathroom is luxurious, but the bathtub is not very clean; I recommend bringing a bathtub cover.

A comfortable and enjoyable experience

There are not many types of breakfast. It is not recommended if you stay for a long time. The room is clean and tidy. You can add an extra bed for an additional fee! There is no business around the hotel.

The hotel is average, but Ctrip's customer service is really impeccable, it must be full marks 💯, I forgot the name of that customer service, the butler service is considerate and thoughtful, it is worthy of praise 👍

It's a bit far from the city, but everything about the room is good. There was a small incident. The agency made a mistake in the information submitted to the hotel such as my name and passport number. After repeated communication, the hotel changed my name.
