I reach after 2:00 in the morning. There was no porter to help with taking the luggage. The furniture is old. Renewal of furniture to be considered.

Perfect.. excellent staff

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

The hotel has a superb location and a generous breakfast. The front desk manager, MA.SALMA, provided excellent service! I will definitely stay at your hotel again. The hotel lobby is magnificent.

The room was spacious, like an upgraded suite. Marriott Platinum status is pretty useless here. The birthday decorations, free breakfast, and late check-out promised in the email communication were not honored during check-in. The road in front of the hotel is constantly congested and noisy. It's very close to the subway station, a 10-minute walk. There aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby; you'll need to take a taxi. The breakfast was delicious.

The room is spacious enough for a family of four. The living room has a retro yet elegant decor. The kitchen has basic tableware. Bottled water is provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a main road.

The suite was very large; it seemed like we were upgraded to a three-bedroom suite, feeling about 200 square meters. The living room was also huge, suitable for a family trip. The kitchen was large and very functional, with complete cookware and tableware; having some condiments would have been even better. However, the room was indeed quite old, the shower door was rickety, and the cleanliness was just so-so.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and I think it's the only 5-star hotel that has apartments, as I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The breakfast is good, and the gym is excellent. Its only drawback is its location in a busy area, and the noise from cars on the street is disturbing at bedtime.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very limited and lacks variety. The location is centrally located in Riyadh, close to amenities, but the noise from cars continues inside the rooms.

It is difficult to describe this hotel with the word "good". Saudi Arabia is so warm and friendly to Chinese people. The room is clean and tidy. We washed the dishes we cooked ourselves. Because three people added a bed, the front desk directly reduced the extra bed fee by 100 riyals a day because we are Chinese. I was so touched. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Saudi Arabia.
