I’m a Saudi guest who stayed at this hote and I have to say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff made me feel completely unwelcome just because I wasn’t Chinese. They kept stopping me and asking for confirmation that I was actually staying there, as if I didn’t belong. Throughout my stay, my room was ignored and never cleaned, while other guests (mostly Chinese) received normal service. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and clearly biased. This hotel operates in Saudi Arabia, yet they treated a local guest with zero respect. That’s completely unacceptable. I booked through Trip.com expecting a professional, international standard of hospitality but instead, I faced discrimination and neglect.

This Chinese hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services at any time, which is really great, especially since Riyadh airport is quite a distance from the hotel. The driver must have worked hard too!
