Food, very very poor quality 😢, room to small, noise woow woow 👏, staff nice, manager unprofessional. Please check twice the area, and all reviews under 2 stars is the only real reviews 🙏. From my room all day we hear big excavator and huge pick hammer ⚒️ 😟Holiday hell

All was good, but I thought that 4 stars will be better. This hotel is one of the biggest in Rimini, but it has no fitness, has no snack bar included in all inclusive. Our All inclusive light did not include even water, out of three eating time (breakfast/dinner/evening). Lucho is the best man in this hotel. Atmosphere very positive. Rooms and overla hotel needs to be refreshed a bit.

Not a Safe place to stay. Dangerous! When I was in the room someone was trying to open the door. I was shouting from the inside the room but no one answered from the outside . I called the reception but no one answered. It was SO scary and I needed to call the police but they don’t speak English. The few minutes later, the someone was trying to open the door again.
I was crying and shouting from inside the room. I was so scary to open the door. I called my Italian friend and they came over and saved me. When we came down to lobby and explained to the employee. They said sorry and make full refunds . But, next day, they changed their mind and no refund at all!!
It is the worst hotel I never stayed. And it’s not Safe!!

Soggiorno non gradevole fin dall'inizio, informazioni sulla prenotazione poco chiare ed equivoche. Hotel da 4* forse quando l'hanno costruito, pulizia inadeguata come tutto il resto del contesto. Colazione a dir poco riprovevole. Poca professionalità

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione del Sigep 2024. Ottimo Hotel situato a pochi chilometri dalla zona fieristica. Al mio arrivo sono stato accolto in maniera professionale e non invadente. Camera molto pulita e ordinata,calda al punto giusto e dalla quale si può godere di una bellissima vista mare. Colazione abbondante che soddisfa tutti i gusti, sia dolci che salati. Sia il personale di sala che delle camere disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Inoltre l’Hotel gode di un’ ottima posizione con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia. Consigliato.

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato all'imperial beach pee la la prima volta dal 16 al 23 settembre insieme alla mia famiglia. A parte un incomprensione avvenuta durante la prenotazione che celermente é stata risolta dal Signor Pietro Direttore della struttura, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La posizione eccezionale dell'albergo, la simpatia e sollecitudine dei dipendenti ( carinissimi i ragazzi di sala, giosué e tutti gli altri ...) ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire proprio in vacanza. Il mangiare a buffet é di buona qualitá e vario che accontenta un po tutti i tipi di palato. Camere da preferire le camere con balcone sulla spiagia curate maggiormente nell'arredamento e negli spazi. Spiaggia ben curata con personale educatone gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!! Hotel situato in una posizione ottima, direttamente sul mare e a pochi minuti dal centro. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre professionale. Ristorante da cinque stelle; buffet sempre ricco e vario. Camere spaziose e sempre pulitissime. Vacanza assolutamente da rifare!
