We had an early flight out of Medellín so we stayed at this hotel the night before we left. The room was clean, bright and spacious and the room had a nice shower. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was a little nervous because we wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00 a.m. and wasn't sure how easy it would be to get to the airport if the shuttle fell through for some reason, but when we went down a few minutes early to take the shuttle, the shuttle driver was already waiting for us and we got to the airport without any problems. We would stay here again if we had another early flight out of Medellín.

We were about 15 days in a type room apartment with kitchen, refrigerator, beds, bathroom and air conditioning, a really amazing experience for the comfort, clean and well-care of the hotel. With all the security measures against COVID-19, excellent attention, free parking, well equipped gym, pool, and a lot of peace and silence in your rooms. We have a very comfortable internet to work and close to many locals in the area, we take our food for cooking and we can ask what is missing for Rappi or homes to some restaurants, a beautiful experience, based on a fantastic service.

The facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked. The website photos are accurate. Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch. My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good. Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

We had an early flight out of Medellín so we stayed at this hotel the night before we left. The room was clean, bright and spacious and the room had a nice shower. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was a little nervous because we wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00 a.m. and wasn't sure how easy it would be to get to the airport if the shuttle fell through for some reason, but when we went down a few minutes early to take the shuttle, the shuttle driver was already waiting for us and we got to the airport without any problems. We would stay here again if we had another early flight out of Medellín.

The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked. The website photos are accurate. Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch. My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good. Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.
