I prepaid for this hotel but was asked to pay again at checkout. I showed the disinterested receptionist a copy of my pre payment invoice(in french) . She assured me I wouldn’t be charged again for the room. I was. I emailed, phoned , contacted Accor hotels customer care all to no avail. I submitted all the evidence but was consistently told I hadn’t overpaid. The manager had no time to talk to me and after 3 weeks I contacted my credit card company, who agreed to pursue the claim on my behalf. This seemed to galvanise the Ibis into action, they eventually agreed a refund after 4 weeks, it took ages to arrive. No apology , nothing. This could have been avoided from day 1 . So no more Accor hotels for me, a loyal customer for years counted for nothing. The poorest customer care experience by miles! Beware!

Room was fine, good restaurants nearby. We used the bar and sat outside. Shame about the great big hailstones which dented my car roof. But can’t blame the hotel for that! Overall a good place to stay.

Hôtel facile d’accès proche de l’autoroute. Chambre confortable et très spacieuse. Buffet petit déjeuner complet et bien achalandé. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Grand parking devant l’hôtel ou les places sont assez larges. Je recommande cet hôtel ibis.

La chambre est ordinaire, pas très propre ( miettes par terre et finitions laissant à désirer) Le petit déjeuner est varie mais les produits pas de très haute qualité ( sauf le thé, très bien): œufs brouillés froids, réapprovisionnement du fromage qui ne se fait pas...

ancien VRP ( 50 ans dans les hotel ACCORD ) la qualité à baissée surtout le petit déjeuner moins de choix , la plupart des hôtels IBIS ROUGE ne propose plus de vrais restauration le soir , le responsable de l'hôtel de RIOM m'envoie chez son concurrent en face KYRIAD pour diner ! je suis maintenant nouveau client KYRIAD restauration et hôtel sur place

Excelente ubicación, muy correcto y muy limpio. Cargador de coche eléctrico disponible en las instalaciones para Tesla y en general para cualquier marca. Desayuno muy correcto. Totalmente recomendable.
