I would describe my experience as average. The hotel is not bad, but considering the price, I expected much more.
The biggest positive was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The service itself was very good, and I appreciate the effort of the employees.
However, when you book a hotel in this price range, your expectations are naturally higher. One thing that surprised me was that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival. I checked in around 9 PM and had to go out to buy water myself. For a budget hotel this might be understandable, but for a premium-priced hotel it felt disappointing.
The room itself was okay, but the sound insulation was poor. I could hear a lot of noise from outside the room, including housekeeping activities early in the morning. As a result, getting a good night’s sleep was difficult.
The gym was also surprisingly small and poorly equipped for a hotel at this level. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper fitness facility.
The breakfast offered a large variety of items, but most of the options seemed to be pastries, cakes, breads, and other less healthy choices. While there was certainly plenty of food available, I would have liked to see a better selection of simple, healthier options.
The pool itself is nice, but during this time of year the water was too cold to comfortably use. Since one of the hotel’s main amenities is difficult to enjoy in cooler weather, I feel the room rates should better reflect the seasonal limitations.
So the hotel is acceptable, but for the price I expected a significantly better experience, so only stayed there for 3 nights and then just left, because I couldn’t stay there any longer. The excellent staff left a positive impression, but the facilities and overall value for money did not meet my expectations…
