Great hotel with restaurants and shops nearby. The selaron steps, pyramid cathedral etc are 10-15mins walking distance from the hotel. Fantastic staff at the hotel who are super helpful and informative. The room was big and clean, with a street/city view, and the shower room was a little on the small side but functional. Breakfast at the hotel was decent with a range of options available. I’m a vegetarian and had enough to eat. The hotel provides free coffee and free fruit infused water downstairs in the lobby area, which is an added bonus. A taxi from the airport to the hotel, and back again, should only cost you 70 riais at most each way, which was around £12/$14/€15. Would defo recommend this hotel. Thank you again :-)

Well located hotel. Good amenities in the room. Clean and airy. Full air conditioning. Tasty breakfast. Friendly reception staff always on call. I really liked it.

Great hotel, very central and with a great breakfast, close to everything in the main areas.

The room is good. The coffee is reasonable, but the hotel is not impressive at all. It's just for sleeping. And getting out there is complicated.

Super nice receptionist. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long journey from Germany via Portugal and was able to check in early and go to sleep. My request for a room at the quiet back of the hotel was also fulfilled. I stayed here a few years ago and in my opinion it hasn't changed. Just as clean as it was then, fast internet, good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff too. I felt very comfortable. I will definitely book here again on my return trip to Germany

Good location, clean, very good breakfast, I was well attended to, just need to improve the quality of the cable channels and the size of the TVs.

This is the worst hotel I have encountered in business travel for so many years, not one of them. It was so bad that I couldn't find my order when I got to the front desk, so bad that I was charged extra for breakfast when I left the store, so bad that I lost my luggage. Do not go to this hotel.

A negative point was that I made the reservation through trip and the voucher said that the payment for the hotel would be made by trip. However, at the hotel, they said I should pay there, even though I showed the voucher. As a result, I have two charges on my credit card (trip and hotel). It would have to be resolved with the hotel.

Good breakfast, but the hotel is simple.

Hotel muito legal e bem localizado! Café da manhã ok! Quarto justo.

As lâmpadas do quarto não acendiam, somente a do corredor. Torneira do banheiro abria com vazão muito alta e molhava tudo ao redor, inclusive você.

O hotel efetuou a cobrança adicional da diária no balcão e até momento não estornou o valor e não deu mais retorno no contato.

Tive problemas no checkin e também no cafe da manhã. Voltaria mas não é minha primeira opção.
