Samba Bossa Nova Ipanema

I had no expectations, but upon arrival, I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was amazing; the room offered a beautiful view of Copacabana Beach, and it was a truly restful stay.

Normal hotel with fine breakfast, but it’s a bit expensive for that they provide. There is no gym or pool and you still need to walk for around 7 minutes to the beach

Building looks new but bedding was old and out of order

The hotel rooms are not the cleanest. The tile on the bathroom wall were dirty. And the mattress was a FRIGHT under the flat sheet that is folded. I slept on top of my duvet and felt just fine. The hotel is often used by “content creators”  The hotel is in a great area and walkable to the beach on both sides. It was cheap, so I was happy with everything.

Good hotel with that price. Breakfasts are good but not many options. Furniture is little old.

Recommended accommodation in an excellent location.

Overall great value for money, big rooms, excellent location and attentive staff, the only areas for the improvement are breakfast which used to be excellent in prior years and the lack of a gym.
