5 days sight seeing visited museums and canal cruise, went to across bridge by train to Malmo visited old Castle/ museum . Good weather too.

Quite nice room and morning shuttle bus service. I really like the living room

We always enjoy staying here as we get picked up at the railway station and taken to the airport. Room is always great and the food when we eat. Staff are great and helpful and we get a good nights sleep

We felt disappointed with this hotel. You can't argue with the location but the experience overall was not good. We requested a room away from the lifts, our room was the closest possible room to the lift. We arrived for check-in and heard how the people in front of us got an upgraded room at no charge as they had stayed before but we were given the most basic customer service, it was literally 'here's your key' no questions no interest (if he had asked he would have known it was our proposal trip). The ceiling outside our room had a huge hole causing a draft (see photo). There was a fridge and a baby cot stored outside our room. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom which I wouldn't expect in a hotel. The tv was dusty and not pat tested which is concerning. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed base was ripped in parts and there was stains on the carpet. Overall this isnt what we would expect for the price or the level of use this hotel must have. We are looking for a hotel for another trip in 9 days and really feel reluctant to book this hotel again.

Lovely stay ,very clean and comfy, Food was also lovely and was very easy to order and bought to the room . Would stay again .

Hotel ok self service wouldn’t recognise the booking. Had to queue. Bed hard and creaked and moved not great Bathroom sink not draining properly

Nice place to overnight before next day flight. I've also used the bar and they have quite nice offer and fair prices. Will use again.

Arrived late due to flight delay picked key up and someone was in the room already so had to sort that Not what u want at 3 in the morning

The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable. It's very quiet at night, close to the airport, and even offers a free shuttle service, which is fantastic!

Overall it’s an ideal place to stay for catching a flight from Manchester Airport T2. It does offer comfortable accommodation and a plus for providing free shuttle to and from the airport. However, an unwanted issue occurred on booking the shuttle service at the right time . Although I have made several efforts in emailing/messaging the hotel with details of our departing flight, we were told that we only needed to make the booking upon check in. When I did just that upon checking in, I was told the shuttle service of the right time was fully booked and presented with somewhat unrealistic options: walk with our immensely heavy and numerous luggage bags or take a later shuttle service and hope for the best that we would have sufficient time to get through all formalities to catch our flight. Fortunately we just managed to catch our flight in time.
