Hotel Zurigo

Clean hotel, and a few steps from the Metromare stop; very comfortable!!! for what is enough it is more than enough for me!! One small flaw, the television never worked but otherwise dinner and breakfast were all ok... I recommend it for short trips 🙂

Very bad. I lost my identity card and after four months of being with them they managed to get it back to me (on August 28th from April). I was walking around with my passport like an *****, if I had known I would have asked for a new identity card and I would have saved myself stress and calls. I always called them to get news and they never got back to me. I had to urge them over and over again. Furthermore, they charged me the shipping costs by rounding them up by four euros more in their favor (I had even asked if I had to pay them and they told me that they would take care of it). Endless inefficiency and PEZZENTITY 😅 I paid an absurd amount in the low season and they even made me pay for shipping, what PEZZENTIOUS 🤢 terrible!! I would never go back there again

Very nice hotel very close to the beach and the center of Rivazzurra. A stone's throw from Fiabilandia and the tourist train stop and the evening stalls. Beach included in the price, very beautiful and well-kept. Rooms with a nice balcony. Excellent and plentiful food with flexible lunch and dinner times. The Romagna evenings are excellent with local specialties and entertainment. Owner very kind and helpful. The only flaw is the lack of a hairdryer and a safe. For the rest everything is ok. Recommended!!!

We spent just under a week in this hotel, enticed by the offer proposed by the reception: overnight stay, half board and beach service at a truly competitive price. It was the first time we went to Rimini Rivazzurra, an area a few kilometers south of the actual centre. The hotel presents itself as one of the many accommodation facilities, with a design that is neither modern nor recently renovated, but with a well-kept facade, with a pleasant terrace with some tables. The rooms, in general, were bright because they had a terrace and had essential furnishings. One problem was that, apart from three drawers at bedside table height, the other wardrobe compartments were placed across the bed, which could cause discomfort for users of short stature. Basically, to use the luggage we had to keep it open for a week, so as to have the clothes at hand. Furthermore, the bed was also completely inadequate: a double bed with a huge gap in the middle of the bed caused by the careless union of two single mattresses made us sleep badly every night. Not to mention that the bed linen was torn and had holes that were impossible not to notice during the laundry and linen changing operations (which was never done during our stay, despite having exceeded the three days which, according to the structure and written via text message, would have been the limit within which to make the change). The change of bathroom linen was decidedly more efficient, as it was replaced as usual, although a little more attention would have been appreciated (e.g. hair in the towels). A very serious shortcoming to report was the presence, one day, of an unknown woman on the private terrace of the room, who entered from the common part of the same after having climbed over the railing (the common part of the terrace is accessible from a French window in the corridor and is a unique environment, divided from the private parts only by railings that can be easily overcome), probably to enjoy the sea view. The matter was not addressed in any significant way by the reception, even though we had expressed disappointment and upset: we did not receive an explicit apology, no one felt responsible for what happened nor were we offered a discount (which we then did not request because we believed that it was not our responsibility to do so) at the end of the stay. The fear that someone would enter the room was very great and from that day (also the first of the stay) we began to always lower the shutters and close the French window). We also remember having pointed out at the end of the holiday that: the shower head was leaking and unstable, a towel hook was detaching from the wall and that the hairdryer never produced hot air, so we hope that these inefficiencies have been accommodated professionally and resolved in the meantime.

The title is pure sarcasm. Positive notes? The proximity to the beach. Negative notes? The paid parking has an agreement with the structure…. Cost with agreement €15 per day. Cost directly with parking 12 euros per day…. And where is the convention???? Arrival at the facility at 4pm, delivery of the room at 6.30pm (was there a mix-up with the previous customer? Yes, ok, you can stay there, but at least offer the only aperitif requested - which among other things we had to drink what we wanted they wanted them, because what we had asked for was not available.... ) Room? Small, dirty, and devoid of any comfort. I also had to ask for the television remote control... which I thought also had to be paid for... tiny bathroom, dirty towels, no hairdryer... Air conditioning for a fee…. And that's fine, it could happen... I don't understand it, but I accept it. Abundant breakfast? Yes, in another structure because already at twenty past eight there was nothing left here…. And breakfast starts at eight... cakes all the same and sad, very low quality cold cuts, melted butter, sparkling juices, the only good thing? The packaged rusks. For the price paid I think you could do something better. Late departure required, cost €50. Parking supplement to be paid. Tourist taxes to be paid in cash. I won't add further information because it's an experience that I'll leave to future customers. Do people complain? Well it's good because these are inefficiencies. There are many hotels on the Riviera, if there are alternatives, don't choose this property.

Very old hotel, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, it had to be requested separately at the reception, parking had to be paid for separately, the air conditioning remote control in the room was not there as well it had to be requested separately, the hand shower in the shower was kept on with scotch tape, the blanket had a cigarette butt hole.

Place located near the sea, welcoming with very clean rooms. Kind and friendly staff, especially the owner Antonella, always on the move serving users. The hotel allows you to return even late due to the availability of the owners. Lastly the food. Both at breakfast and at meals the quality was excellent and above all plentiful

Non ho mai visto un albergo peggiore. Cibo da buttare con capelli ovunque e scaduto, peli e sporcizia su lenzuola, e copriletto e asciugamani, probabilmente escrementi e peli di ratto....da voltastomaco. Personale impreparato, non disponibile e scortese. Mal frequentato, non adatto a famiglie o donne sole. La notte avevamo paura perché sentivamo cose strane. Hanno trattenuto la cauzione senza motivo. Unico aspetto positivo due donne cameriere molto gentili che facevano quel che potevano, ma sembravano delle povere vittime. Non metteteci piede
