Incredible stay as always. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and very delicious breakfast

Visited for my mum's birthday it was absolutely lovely. Classic grandeur. Really recommend it. A bit of a trek into the town centre (though easy to take a bus), but right on the beach in a very convenient location.

The hotel is the best in Rimini, very close to the beach, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a relatively complete continental breakfast, and the building has a strong sense of history. However, the internet is a bit slow.

I came here for an exhibition. It's advertised as a five-star hotel, but the facilities are outdated and the service is poor. The rooms are cold and damp, with only a small heater in the bathroom. On the first night, I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, rushed to the bathroom for a hot shower, and dozed off by the bathroom heater until dawn. On the second day, I contacted the front desk, and they brought a creaky heater to the room. I booked eight consecutive nights, and all they did was make the bed; they didn't refill toiletries—I had to call them to ask for them. Most importantly, they didn't provide free drinking water in the room, not even a single bottle. At first, I thought they just didn't want any, so I called to ask for a bottle of water each day. But when I checked out, they charged me 64 euros for eight bottles of water for eight days. I wanted to change hotels midway through the trip and asked if customers could cancel their reservations. The hotel simply said the room fee was non-refundable, but I could leave. 😆

Very bad experience, no service at all. I asked the front desk to book a taxi the day before, but when I was about to leave the next day, the taxi was not called. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad. Don't stay in this hotel if you can

Very good hotel with good breakfast. But it must be a bit old, and many places are a bit scary to live alone. For example, this corridor reminds me of The Shining. The restroom is very clean and new. The biggest bug is that the door lock is too old. I worry about not being able to lock the door properly.

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…). The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached. Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning. Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines. Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

Grand hotel di nome e di fatto, imponente struttura dai toni classici ed eleganti, con un piccolo parco con giardino curato nei dettagli. Ambienti ampi, colazione superba con una delle più ampie varietà e qualità che si possa desiderare. Alcuni nei da sottoporre ad attenzione: essendo un 5 stelle, mi sarei aspettato un check in più consono e attento, mentre è stato sbrigativo da 3 stelle e carente di informazioni. Ho dovuto chiedere io tutto. Nella camera singola, gli interruttori per luce sono lontani dal letto e bisogna alzarsi per attivarli. Nel complesso ci tornerei sicuramente
