Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

The hotel is opposite the train station, the station is also at the door, it is very convenient to travel, although not luxurious, but very clean, breakfast options are OK, Italian style, the front desk staff is good

In short time, among telephone reservations, whatsapp messages, direct relationships in the hotel hall, I had to meet and appreciate Andrea, Benedetta, Francesca, Maria, Marida ... It is a very original hotel, starting from the reception, but the rooms ( rather cold and uncomfortable) have a number of problems. Nothing taken near the bed to load the cell (and small comforts), TV nearly sticking next to the bed, you come the torch, horrible neon-like lights, that before you see which switch on one or shut off the other, spends a lot of time ... without talking about small lamps next to bed, from very bad light and that are not still fixed and fold inexorably. The bathroom has a number of problems, shower not separated even from a tent, very little light. In short, it seems that the architect or designer has not taken into account the basic needs that a hotel room requires, thinking only about design and aesthetics, which is questionable. Two points I found positive: staff, courtesy and professional, and breakfast with good choice and quality with a perfect service with a very nice staff!

This hotel staff is amazing. So friendly and kind. I wasn’t feeling well during my week stay and staff couldn’t have been greater. The owner brought me hot tea and yogurt with a bottle of fresh water everyday. Several of the dished from the restaurant were really good including the baked chicken with herbs and all their pasta’s and deserts. The air conditioning worked well for July in Italy and although the rooms are dated they were very nice. I would totally recommend this hotel for stays in the area around Rimini.

Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

We stayed in this hotel in two occasions. We were really fascinated by it because it includes so many positives, from the excellent location to visit the entertainment parks of the region, to clean and spacious rooms, to the excellent kitchen, to parking and to the price, The hotel is very good for the quality of the living, but most of all, as we have never felt here, we were welcome and even cocktailed. The reading ”as at home” always made me smile, but here really for us is like being with family people, patient with our children and always pointful and careful.
