We stayed for two nights (not in a sequence). The marriage room is very small (how many mq? It would be good to know before!), furnished in a minimum: there is neither a stick nor a hook to hang a jacket, a bag, a hat... there is only one chair, one single comfort (a support plan, on the other hand there is a small box), we have not found near the bed a box to load the phone (maybe there is to the floor?), the bathroom is small (how many squares?), with a shower inside the bath, It is rather uncomfortable for people not younger.... Good cleaning in the room and in the bathroom. The outer barriers of the terrace, with table and two chairs, are probably not cleaned at the beginning of the season, and the smeralded glasses that separate a terrace from the adjacent have not yet been cleaned. (privacy very low, to not listen to the conversation between my neighbours, I prefer not to stay on the terrace!) From a 4-star hotel you expect not luxury, but more comfort, more privacy, and care. Breakfast with a variety of products, but not the same quality (for example, there are croissants, but there are no brioches, there is no fresh milk, etc.). Very comfortable parking, which is paid extra. Cute staff, comply with the standards of the Roman River!

I booked a superior room and was given a standard, not a major deal but the rooms are very small - VERY. There is little room for any suitcases or items. The hotel is clean, but one concern is they write the room number on the electronic keys - security issue as you have to return keys on checkout or charged The hotel located closer to the commercial section vs tourist section. The room temperature is controlled at main desk for the room which is ridiculous, they closet the temperature even though you have thermostat in room it does nothing There is parking but it is very tight onsite. Overall we had a nice stay but not getting our room we reserved or refunded the difference in price is not acceptable for a hotel to do

Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!

It is a very original hotel, starting from the reception, but the rooms ( rather cold and uncomfortable) have a number of problems. Nothing taken near the bed to load the cell (and small comforts), TV nearly sticking next to the bed, you come the torch, horrible neon-like lights, that before you see which switch on one or shut off the other, spends a lot of time ... without talking about small lamps next to bed, from very bad light and that are not still fixed and fold inexorably. The bathroom has a number of problems, shower not separated even from a tent, very little light. In short, it seems that the architect or designer has not taken into account the basic needs that a hotel room requires, thinking only about design and aesthetics, which is questionable. Two points I found positive: staff, courtesy and professional, and breakfast with good choice and quality with a perfect service with a very nice staff!
