Good vibes, can feel the historic atmosphere. While there are some un-avoidable stairs which you need to carry your suitcase ups and downs. Also, the hotel cannot provide solution to how to disposal my broken suitcase. It can be improved. Breakfasts are amazing .

I felt very comfortable here! The laundry is overpriced and that’s my only complaint. People just need to wash their clothes together in a machine and be done with it lol. It shouldn’t be priced per item. I think it’s a little ridiculous. Besides that, the room was quite big and the bed was great. It was very quiet.  I did not like the slight delay in the door locking after u leave. I ended up standing outside my room making sure the outdated system locked the door properly.

Very central location - stayed during a quiet off season time. Hotel however is a bit old and dated and can be darkish. They provide free cookies in the lobby area Reception and staff was very friendly throughout the stay

Absolutely do not stay here. I've never encountered anything like this in my life. The receptionist said we had breakfast and that we had to pay 20 euros. But we didn't have breakfast; we were sleeping during breakfast time. When I asked how they figured this out, they said the person who came in for breakfast gave them our room number. We told them to check the cameras to prove we didn't go down for breakfast. They said the cameras weren't working. When we suggested calling the police, they backed down. She was very disrespectful. My family and I have traveled to about 40 countries, and this is the first time we've encountered something like this. Shame on you. 20 euros is not important to us. This is a matter of pride. Nobody can raised voice. We are not liars!!!!!

The hotel is in good location with easy walk to everywhere including bus station. Check-in and check-out were easy. Room was clean and spacious but a bit too dark for our taste. Breakfast was OK too.

Great location city center and room was clean. Also staff was helpful.

It's very close to the Riga Bus Terminal. The hotel building appears to have been built a long time ago, which may have been a bit inconvenient, but it was clean and well-maintained. All the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. It was the most varied and delicious.
