We chose the Dorint Parkhotel because of the good location. It is only about 15 minutes walk from the old town and is directly on the Elbe. We travelled to four and all had booked a Deluxe DZ in the tower residence. We were a little surprised that we, who we were nighting in a room for the second time, did not get the bigger of the rooms. That would actually make sense. Thankfully our travel accompanying has exchanged with us. Our second room (No. 501) was really very nice. The living area was separated by a intermediate wall and we had a small balcony with view of the Elbe. The room was furnished with disabled. Only the balcony was not suitable for disabled with its high level. There was a lot of stuff room, even a refrigerator, many seating opportunities and the Wifi was quick. The bed was a little hard but for 1, 2 nights. The bathroom was very heavy, which is especially unpracticable at night. The room was equipped with 2 TVs, which unfortunately did not work independently, no matter what we tried. So you had to turn off the other TV after every sending change or any volume change. That was a little nervous. The hotel was very quiet and we sleeped well here. Although we had a room with a connection door, we didn't hear anything from the other rooms. Breakfast was fixed at check-in and we had only the choice between 7:30 and 10:30. When we appeared at 7:32, it was quite full. The breakfast buffet was really good and everything was delicious. But if it was intended not to let the guests sit too close to each other or too much on a bunch, then it was not really achieved. In general, the staff in every area of the hotel were really friendly and helpful and always weared its masks exemplary. Once we had a question to the reception and tried to call them out of the room, but unfortunately no one went to it. When we later wanted to try our luck at the reception itself, it was unfortunately empty too. All in all, there were certainly a few little things that could be improved (the TV situation), but we really liked it here. The situation is really great and our room has also liked us. We're coming back!
