We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park.

The staff here went above and beyond for us to make our stay a comfortable one. They were always polite, friendly, attentive and professional. Breakfast was very nice, also greeted with a smile and good morning. The food we ate at dinner was also very nice. I would recommend eating here. Some rooms are a little on the small side but there are spaces to put a suitcase. Always clean and well kept. A comfortable stay. Thank you.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war Top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Room Service war auch gut , in allem sehr zufrieden. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Top Service, angenehme Ausstattung, saubere Zimmer, super Parkmöglichkeit. Hervorragende Küche. Für mich ein Geheimtipp in Riesa und Umgebung. Am Zimmer-WLan muss allerdings noch gearbeitet werden. Leider zu schwach zum einloggen. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und werde das Angebot sicher wieder nutzen.

Beim Check In wurden wir leider nicht begrüßt, wir wurden lediglich sitzend angeschaut, unter dem Motto „was wollen sie hier“. Beim Check In wurde der Stuhl auch nicht verlassen, sehr irritierend für die Hotellerie, kennt man anders. Der Aufzug wird vom ratschenden Personal blockiert, sodass man als zahlender Gast die Treppen nutzen muss. Für 102€ ohne Frühstück die Nacht passt das, dass geboten wird überhaupt nicht. Baulärm mittags und nachts wurden bis 1Uhr Stühle im Restaurant hin und her gerückt, sodass ein schlafen im zweiten Stock unmöglich war. Als Duschgel erhält man für 3 Nächte eine kleine „Probe“ Duschgel, mehr nicht. Hellhörig, unfreundliches Personal, absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
