Okay we a snag with our stay and I wrote a lengthy review because I had problems getting to speak with management. A few days after my review Management did call and a very nice gentleman spoke with me and explained what happened and that I was given my refund of stay since we didn't stay with some issue that he addressed and gave us a 1 night stay for next year. I as a consumer appreciate that they reached out to me about my concerns.

we had a three day family trip and stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. we were all amazed by the amazing views this place had to offer, Tim was happy to help us with all our luggage to the room(we really appreciated that). the villa has a great floor plan fit for a family. it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. we had everything we needed and if we needed something that was missing the staff was more than happy to deliver. because of the heat lately we did kayaking and stayed at the pool for the most part of which we did not mind. our teenagers didn't mind either. All the guests were friendly and staff was great and accommodating. we didn't eat at the restaurant but ordered drinks and some appetizers from the tiki bar. our only regret is staying there for only three days. we absolutely loved it and would recommend this place. thank you to everyone at the front desk, the bar, housekeeping, and Tim and Troy who helped us with the kayaks. sorry we didn't get everyones names but we thought everyone was really nice.

My wife and I spent a few nights here recently. Overall, we had a very good stay! We had a 1 bedroom condo/villa/suite on the "1st floor" (but really the 2nd floor) with an awesome lake view. The room was very spacious and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in at a hotel. Even though the building is about 15 years old, we were greeted with the "brand new building smell" each time we entered the suite. We had a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, and some utensils and other basic kitchen items. My wife enjoyed the Keurig machine for her morning coffee. Overlooking the lake was our own private balcony with two chairs. Very peaceful out there especially in the mornings. As far as the property goes, it's quite a different design and set up! I think they need to put up signs telling you where to go. After we got settled in, we wanted to go check out the pool. There are no signs telling you where to go and you cannot see the pool area from the front desk. We were in one of the "100" rooms, which was apparently the 2nd floor. We found that out when we went into the main building from the lower parking area, didn't change floors, and the elevator picked us up on the 2nd floor. You wouldn't even guess the pool and restaurant are both on the 1st floor (front desk is the 3rd floor). So better signage would be very helpful so visitors aren't on a wild goose chase especially on the first day when you're trying to figure out the maze! Once you get to the pool area, it is beautiful! The pool was crystal clear, great water temperature (probably could have used another degree or two) and it is right next to the lake. The pool area also overlooks a beach area, which they NEED to take advantage of! The beach area is quite large and would be a perfect place to lay out next to the water. But, alas, it goes unused and it doesn't get used very much at all. I highly recommend they make beach chairs and loungers available for guests to use on the beach. Also in the pool area is their restaurant with the only swim-up pool bar in this whole area! They also need to take advantage of that fact! However, the hours are limited from Noon to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday. I think they need to push these hours back to accommodate the dinner crowd and the after-dark crowd (say maybe from 3pm to 11pm. I understand staffing shortages these days, but the bartender would benefit from better tips if they could stay open until after 10pm especially on a Friday or Saturday. The lunch time crowd wouldn't be at the resort during lunch hours. They're out enjoying the lake and Branson. My wife and I enjoyed the swim up pool bar on a Tuesday evening and there was no one else there; not even inside the main restaurant area. It may have been because it was a Tuesday night but it seems this place doesn't get busy at all. The food was really good also and can be customized to fit dietary needs. The pool area itself does remain open unti

My family stayed here earlier this week for 2 nights. We stayed in one of their 3 bedroom villas. When we arrived it looked like we were the only ones there. As a side note their front desk hours are 7a-6p, so if you are arriving outside of that time frame you need to let them know. It's not your typical hotel resort. They do have free parking in the front. Our suite was off the lobby and was huge. It's very conducive to families traveling or couples traveling together. We stayed in the one where 2 bedrooms are upstairs and then the master is downstairs. The view of Table Rock Lake are breathtaking. We were missing a couple of things in the room, but we just asked the front desk and they brought them to us. The layout of the room is a bit interesting in that the shower/sink area is part of the bedroom. My only complaints are that the suite is quite noisy inside. What I mean by that is you can hear someone walking on the same floor as you or if someone moves a chair or walks on the floor in the downstairs living area you can hear it because it's made out of stone. A couple of other things I was surprised about was there weren't any curtains on the windows in the downstairs living area or on the doors to the bedrooms. If you are sensitive to light when you sleep then it might wake you up early than you anticipated. The windows to the bedrooms are frosted over, but again that's not a huge deal. Finally there were a couple of places where you can start to see the wear and tear. It's about 15-20 mins from downtown Branson, so it's not a bad drive. They have a restaurant, but I can't comment on that because we didn't go there, nor can I review on the other amenities of the hotel.

Overall experience was very good. The main attraction for us was the location on Table Rock Lake and the views from our room and Veranda. Staff: Very good people (friendly, helpful) and addressed a few minor concerns with the room/facility. Did not hesitate to provide extra supplies as needed (coffee, napkins, towels, bags.) Room: We stayed in a one bedroom with a large Veranda. Spectacular views of the lake, very spacious suite with a stocked kitchen and several barstool seats. Full size refrigerator/freezer and a k-cup coffee machine. Very clean and comfortable. Facility: Overall as you would expect. Some maintenance is needed from the wear and tear over time. Under water seat at pool bar needs repair. Good but not great condition. Food: Menu from on site restaurant has appetizers and salads in the 10-15 dollar range, sandwiches in the 10-20 dollar range, and entrees (Salmon, Steak tips, Chicken, Pasta, Pastrami) in the 15 to 23 dollar range. Large drink selection. Beer and mixed drink was good. Did not try the food but looked OK. Coffee is kept in the lobby all day long. Location: Excellent location on the lake and very close to outstanding amenities (golf cart nature path, wildlife museum, etc) There is a bit of noise from the bridge but our room faced the lake and we could not hear noise from inside the room. Conclusion: Keep expectations realistic based on other reviews. We went before Memorial Day and the place was not at capacity. The pool is not heated but otherwise they have a beautiful large patio around the pool that overlooks the lake. We still enjoyed sitting outside because of the beauty. Based on the price we paid (approx 300-350/night) we are satisfied with the overall value and would recommend to others. No smoking location/property.

My family and I stayed in the three bedroom villa for five days. No one wanted to leave. This villa is the most convenient layout for a family. Lots of room and the views are breathtaking. There are many opportunities for lake recreation and it’s so close to Big Cedar property and Branson, we were able to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Best of all, the staff here is wonderful. They work extremely hard to ensure the place is sparkling clean and well maintained. Cannot wait to return!

From arrival to departure, the service was fabulous at the hotel. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our relaxing vacation with spectacular views and 2 balconies. Our suite had everything we needed for our stay. Top of the Rock isn’t far and has the most amazing views. We golfed at 2 great courses, had a couple of pool days at the hotel, went to Branson Landings and rented a pontoon boat for half day. Our hosts were great. Special thanks to Andre for his attention to detail, recommendations and all around friendly personality. We will be back next year with more friends. Can’t wait already Monica Maryland
