This cannot be rated a 5-star hotel, for the price they charged we expected a 5-star experience but this hotel can be rated 3-star at the best.

Our stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.

Fantastic experience throughout our time at the hotel. We we’re just newly wed and they treated us accordingly. We will be returning at some point in our next trip to the lower mainland. The restaurant we tried was great - Cask whiskey vault. Great service, drinks and food.

Second time staying at this hotel. To be honest, there are no problems with the location, facilities, and services of this hotel, but the room hygiene is not necessarily the case. When I stayed last time, I found an electronic cigarette card holder box behind the sofa. This time I found leftover pizza and children's clothes in the cabinet. I personally will not choose this hotel next time because of this, but I just hope that the management can train more employees.
