We stayed to be handy for coach to take us to our port to go a cruise so we didnt sleep in and have a long druve from home

Very convenient to break up my trip South. Handy for various food outlets and coffee shops. As a solo female traveller it makes it very convenient. Sarah on reception was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Says she loves her job and it shows. For the price you pay you cannot complain about anything.

Sian was superb very helpful polite and accommodating no issues at all a very good employee a credit too the company We were attending a wedding near by and needed the room early she bent over backwards to help us out and not a big thing but the following morning when she saw me and my wife she addressed us by are names which I thought was great

Thanks to Sahara at Reception who went that extra mile to find and replace our faulty TV remote our night stay was just perfect. Been there many times and as Sahara we’ve always experienced a warm helpful Reception Desk. Good morning from all the Cleaning Staff typifies the friendly culture here. Would recommend a stay here for Motorway and amenities access.

Room was fine but the highlight was the welcome and helpfulness of Sarah, she clearly loves her job! After a long journey, a friendly smile is all you need. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff very friendly here, room clean, aired, as their pictures, hotel perfectly positioned for our venue and easily reached off the motorway. Only drawback, I wasn’t told to input my car number plate on arrival, I heard about it from a member of my family, so sorted it in the morning!! Fingers crossed!!!

A Very Pleasant Stay, Very Friendly Staff and Very Good Surrounding Facilities/Outlets. Also Wanted To Highlight The Tremendous Customer Service That The Member of Staff (SIAN) Went To Before Our Visit Due To Our Unforeseen Circumstances. Although It Wasn't Successful,SHE went ABOVE and BEYOND in Her Duties. So We Would Like Placed On Record What A Tremendous Asset She is To The Company. Thank You.

Room was clean, comfortable and value for money. the hotel is situated conveniently on the A1. However, the hotel does not deal with parking issues, we were told that is the responsibility of MOTO Services.

Didn’t expect much for the price paid and considering it was a service station hotel but only needed a room to quickly get ready in before a wedding and a bed for the night after. Paid for early checkin from 12:00. Arrived 11:45 but wasn’t a problem as a room was ready and was allocated one next family members without needing to ask. Room was basic, a little old but very clean and well maintained. All we needed for the short stay we had and how little we’d be in it. Staff from arriving to departing were fantastic. Helpful, happy, engaging and informative - a great advert for Travel Lodge.
