This is my second stay at Surestay. The room was comfortable and had warm shower that was relaxing. The front office staff was accommodating and informative. He booked our FREE airport shuttle service which arrived on time. Complimentary coffee was good. Willing definitely stay in this hotel again.

Good location, free parking on basement & free shuttle to Vancouver International airport.
A nice park is just behind the hotel. Shopping mall and restaurants are nearby with walking distance.

The staff are super friendly. they let me check in early. I had to leave around 6:00am to catch a flight. They packed breakfast bag and handed to me when I checked out in the morning. they do charge a 100 Canadian dollar deposit. but I think that this will be refunded soon; it will just take sometime to get the refund.

Good location for a quick stay with complimentary airport shuttle service 👍 Breakfast is basic. Seems to be on the expensive side considering the type of accommodation. But then the general area seems to be expensive.
Dubious deposit required and lengthy refund of it!

The building did not have a sign out front and the taxi driver didn’t recognize the name so it must have gone thru a name change. The driver put the address in his gps. Once inside reception was very helpful as we arrived early and they stored our bags so we could go do some exploring. Once we returned our room was ready. It was a spacious room with a parking lot view. The bed was a king and was very comfortable with numerous nice comfortable pillows. Small fridge in room for any food items, coffee maker and coffee with paper cups. Clean towels and some small personal care products in bathroom & blow dryer. It came with a continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, yogurts, baked goods, muffins, croissants, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, coffee, milk and tea.. I got the room for 1 night @ $259 online thru Trip.com
They do ask for a $150 holding fee until check out and we were reimbursed upon checkout. It is technically in Richmond so a city line day pass is best be purchased to use bus , ferry or train @ $11/adult.
