From the hotel reception to the property itself, we would definitely stay here again. The hotel gym was amazing too. Everything worked!

Good hotel, outsanding services, the side facing the highway is a bit noisy

I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

I was able to relax really well here 👍🏻. Peace and quiet... breathe deeply... top service, everyone very friendly :) I'll be happy to come back :)

The room was spacious and the service attitude was good. Thank you for being helpful. The location was also very convenient. The customer service was very good every day. I would choose this place again when I come to Dallas.
