DATE OF TRAVEL: July 2023 Stayed here for 10 days on a business trip. Room and bathroom was great but the beds are awful. They are not attached to a bed head and are an ensemble base only so they move around. I had a better sleep in a motel in Timaru, which is a shame because working 10 hour days, staying in a 5* hotel, one would think you'd sleep like a baby. Fortunately the shower's high pressure and the bath were great, Apart from that, the hotel grounds is beautiful with ample parking. My room had a veranda which I liked to sit on and watch the traffic go by. I had requested a microwave so as to meal prep due to my diabetes and this was in there prior to check in which was great. Hotel is just around the corner from a heap of restaurants and Westfield Ricccarton and right next to Hagley Park which was great for a morning walk. In room dining was fine, nothing special. I tried the breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the Saturday and it was lacklastre. Didn't end up going back. Plenty of cafes around anyway. All up, I rate my stay there 4*. The facilities were great, the requests were met eagerly and the bathroom was fantastic. The room itself is really well appointed but the bed is awful which detracts a star. I'd stay there again with my wife though, maybe bring some *****s to attach to the bed legs to stop them from moving around though!

Room was very comfortable and clean. good facilities. TV was amazing. Lots to choose from on it. Microwave for cooking supplied. Fridge also. Washing facilities if required and all Free! Staff were amazing. So very accommodating. Listening to all your needs and running with all your requirements. Very friendly team. Beds are very comfortable. Situated within walking distance of hospital and lots of places to eat around as well. A mall is not far away. Prices to stay were excellent.

To every one who is reading my review,this motel is a very good one to stay at,the Manager there was very helpfil.he help us out,the cleaners were very good an helpful and nices to chat to,the room was very nice an tidy,excellent accommodation,on the next visit my family an i i hope to stay back there,so any one looking for accommodation stay at the Fyffe on Riccarton Motor Lodge Christchurch ,so thanks to the people etc running the Fyffe on Riccarton Motor Lodge,they all do an excellent job,keep up the good work guys hope to be back later on next yr 2022

The hotel is small, new and in excellent condition. It is comparable to 3.5 to 4 star hotel. The room size is excellent if you book the 1 or 2 bedroom unit. The hotel provides basic amenities like brushes, toothpaste, slippers and cooking facilities etc. Also free parking. Location is excellent and close to Westfield mall. The hotel has a cafe call Ngon Ngon and serve good food especially Vietnamese beef noddle. One setback is aircon is in the main or living room, the bedroom does not have aircon.

The location is quite good, crossing the road is New Zealand's largest park, the facilities are clean and tidy. The old lady is very warm and thoughtful. I am going to book the airport minibus to go to the airport. The old lady wants his husband to send us two to the airport, only to receive 25 new knives. I have to know that I took the airport minibus to the hotel one day, one person. I received 28 New Zealand knives. In addition, when leaving the hotel, say goodbye to the old lady, forgot to return the room key, what should I do with Ctrip?

I stayed 2 nights in New Zealand with my friends. The location of this motel is perfect. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, about a 10-minute walk from the Riccarton shopping centre, and bus stops are nearby, including a bus stop to the airport. Next door is Hagley Park. The motel was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. The owner was very warm and friendly and showed us the surrounding places and recommended good restaurants. Will stay again, and has already recommended this motel to others.

We had confirmed bookings via Agoda for 2 nights at this motel, for 2 adults and our 2 young grandchilden. On attempting to check in the person in the office said we had a booking for one night only for 2 people. This person said she would not honour the bookng as she did not trust Agoda. After a very long and almost heated debate we phone agoda. They were amazing and contacted the motel while we waited on the phone. This office person would still not honour the booking even after talking to Agoda. Agoda ensured that the motel would not be charging us. Fantastic service from Agoda, but be warned, don;t ever go near Annabelle Court Motel. The person in reception should not be in the hospitality industry.

We arrived mid morning after a long flight. There was no room ready, and when I asked about a toilet I was told there were none there and sent on a hike to the middle of the botanic garden! If the rooms were not ready, I could have used a loo! If a room had been cleaned, we could have had it! I was so tired this welcome was not helpful. The room itself was adequate but very tired. You had to fish around for a cable to get the fridge to work, pull it in front of the fridge and plug it in above the work surface. Wouldn’t want to stay here again. There are lots of motels in Christchurch

We have been there 31 st Night up to 3 rd Jan 2022. The hotel staff and owner are very cooperative. They Arranged my late check-in. The family room has all modern facilities. You can see Westfield Riccarton from your window which is just opposite the property. We use public transport. Bus stop, PackNSave, Indian restaurant, MacD all are within 100 meters. Great Experience.
