La Conchiglia Resort & Spa - Adults Only

We went the first week of June when season was just kicking off. There were a lot of teething problems as hotel was full for the first time this year and a new team was in place. The service team was lovely and very helpful. When we continued to find cold pasta on the buffet, the Maitre'D made sure the chef cooked us a fresh and hot portion of pasta when we wanted it. This was always of the highest standard. The food was good and in places, very good. In the morning, there was tinned pineapple and tinned peaches and pears which was a bit disappointing but fresh melon in the evening. The coffee machines (4 of them) were in constant use and there were queues every morning as at least one of them broke down regularly. Not the teams fault but maybe better to put Thermos of coffee on each table to avoid the rush first thing. Personally, we would have welcomes proper table service for dinner rather than Buffetts every night. We were welcomed warmly by Annett at reception and she dealt with all our small queries over the week, calmly and efficiently. She is a great asset to the resort where English and German is not widely spoken. The management team was seen but they did not engage with the guests or asked if we enjoyed our stay which was a shame. The music and sports team were also very good. Encouraging us nicely to join the Yoga classes and Gaetano made sure the exercises were not too hard for my mum. The live music during dinner and after were high quality and varied. The dance floor was busy most nights. The bar staff were also very attentive even though only a few spoke English but communication was still possible with smiles and hands. The bar itself was sadly, soulless though. The lighting was bright and it had the feel of a station waiting room. The terrace was not much better. Flowers and plants were missing to break up the area. Again, a shame as entertainment was lovely. The grounds are colourful and well looked after. So, are the pools. The re-furbished rooms are modern and beautiful with amazing sea views. Coffee machine and phone did not work but maintenance were going to sort that out. The beach area was not finished and no toilet (or even signs to the same ) could be found and the mobile bar was not open yet so we were a bit parched down there. Internet was best at reception but not very good I bar or rooms over the Spa. Hopefully, maintenance will sort that out with extra boosters. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the staff really made a big difference. I am convinced that given another couple weeks they all gel and work well together, given the support by the directors. La Conchiglia is well worth a visit. We would certainly consider returning end of September.

Me and a group of friends, have been at this beach resort for a week. It was our best experience during our holidays in Italy. The gym within the resort, was a helpful amenity for us. This beach resort has a very relaxing view around it.

This is a beach resort and it's beach is really clean. Every evening I enjoyed the view of the sunset, which was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The rooms in this beach resort are clean and the restaurant has a wide range of delicious food.

The 2 outstanding features of this beach resort, is the greenery in it's gardens and the relaxing view of the sea. This resort is quite well organized and maintained with cleanliness, surrounded by a quite ambience.

This beach resort is ideal for having some relaxing days. It has an amazing breathtaking view of the sea. It has all the facilities that a holiday maker needs, such as a beach, a gym, restaurants, spa, etc. I had fun making new friends and I also had a few days of relaxation. I recommend this beach resort to anyone travelling to Capo Vaticano.

This beach resort was perfectly suited for me to relax and unwind, as it is located in a place where there are no unnecessary noises and the resort and it's surroundings are a scenic beauty. It has all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.

This beach hotel resort has a nice garden area and I liked the natural beauty in which it is located. The staff were always ready to assist with any enquiries and that is appreciated. Food and service at the hotel's La Perla restaurant was great, where one can also sit outside on the veranda and enjoy a view of the sea.

I stayed here along with a few friends. We relaxed and also had fun in this nice and beautiful seaside resort, which has an amazing breathtaking view from it's beach club. The staff in this resort were polite and friendly.

We stayed at the hotel with my husband in August. We had a double room, not very nice, but clean and with a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Very good food and friendly service. The extraordinary and unique atmosphere of this hotel is created by the people, especially Daria and Gaetano. They are very positive, smiling, open, nice to every guest. They also provide professional service thanks to which we could rest well. Every night during dinner we had live music, playing and singing. It was a great combination with wonderful sunset views. The atmosphere was amazing! I also recommend yoga sessions with Gaetano and wonderful massages at the Spa. Thank you for that. Thank you for resting and relaxing. I will be happy to come back next year to meet again and experience the wonderful atmosphere you create, which makes this hotel truly unique.
