I was treated very poorly by the hotel. I had to contact them and they ignored me. I tried to explain my situation, that I had come to bring my dog, a German Shepherd, for surgery and he was discharged early. And the hotel would not accept me with the dog and also would not refund the daily rate. Thank you, Ibis/Accord Network, for your ignorance and disregard for your guests… Upset…

Check in and check out very fast, with excellent service. Good location, parking not included at a cost of 28 reais per day.

Everything as advertised and offered. I had no problems. I recommend it.

Cozy and very well organized room. Strong, hot shower. Only rhinitis attacked, but otherwise everything was fine Breakfast was expelling
