I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. My partner and I have recently returned after spending 8 fantastic nights at the W Goa. Ron greeted us, after a long journey, with an amazing welcome which set the standard for our stay. Nishanth went out of his way to give us a tour of the resort and took us to our room which had been kindly decorated for our anniversary, complete with a beautiful cake - he exchanged numbers with us and made sure we knew to ask if we needed anything. The staff make the W and their attention to detail is unbelievable - it is difficult to single out individuals as each and every member of staff added to our stay. They were so helpful in recommending areas to visit, bars and clubs, arranging scooters for hire and taxis for nights out. Special thanks to Chef Vikas who personally introduced himself and went out of his way to prepare dishes for us to try - his cooking is so tasty and one of the things I miss the most since being back at home! The pool staff and gym staff are extremely attentive. Melvin at the Rock Pool - another great addition to the team as is Nancy and all the staff in the main restaurant. Housekeeping made sure our room was spotlessly clean every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we look forward to returning soon. Amazing hotel! Clean, and the hotel staff just exceeded my expectations, from check-in to check-out! On the day of our departure they gave us a small golden bag of delicious chocolates, they wanted our stay in this hotel to be filled with the sweet life! My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at the Hilton Goa! Right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the warm reception we received made us smile as we were a lot delayed due to torrential rains. The rooms had decent interiors and the river view from the balcony was mesmerising especially during sunsets! I should specially mention Mr. Waseem who is the housekeeping manager, he took extra care of us and saw to it our stay was comfortable and each of our requests was taken care of. Infact he changed our room to the best view one on our request almost immediately. He was kind enough to always attend to us with a smile and a helpful attitude. I should also mention Mr. Subhranil the F&B incharge who made sure that we received a fantastic in room F&B service and sometimes went above & beyond to made our stay delightful! The breakfast buffet spread was great and ala-carte food was lip smacking! I should also mention Mr. Chaitanya the concierge incharge who helped us plan the trip superbly and also arranged a local driver for us. The car was in premium condition too. The restaurant manager, the chefs, the receptionists, even the security everyone always attended to us with a smile. The resort was beautiful in the midst of lush greens. Overall we had a lovely stay, the staff made it even better! We would certainly recommend the river view rooms on a higher floor, as well as the spacious suite rooms. We would certainly love to come back to Hilton the next time we are in North Goa. Thanks to everyone for making our stay absolutely memorable!
