Hotel's an ideal transit and traveler's hotel due to its exceptional location directly opposite the Lyon Part-Dieu train station and the Rhône Express airport tram. Guests consistently praise the modern, clean, and comfortable rooms and the high level of service from the helpful staff. While rooms can be compact, the hotel offers excellent value, a pleasant on-site restaurant serving French cuisine, and easy walking access to the Westfield Part-Dieu shopping mall. It's the perfect practical and efficient base for rail travelers or those focused on the Lyon business district.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to Guillotiere on Tramway Line 1, and it takes three or four minutes to walk. There is also a No. 12 bus to Bellecour. The room and bathroom are of good size, the hotel is clean, and the environment is not bad. Please note that there is no safe in the room, no luggage rack, there is a kettle, but no spoon, the cups are all disposable paper cups, and there is no tissue in the room, which is not very convenient. I live on the fourth floor, and there are several steps on both sides of the room, and I need to lift the luggage up, which is not very convenient (the last two pictures). The front desk service of the hotel is quite satisfactory. They are relatively young, so they probably don’t know how to communicate with guests better, but as long as you ask questions, they will answer you. For example, when checking in, the front desk forgot to tell me the hotel WIFI password and how to call the front desk. There was no instructions in the room, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. Others are OK.

The hotel is outside the center of Lyon, surrounded by gardens and airports, not far from the Lyon Stadium, 10 minutes drive to the city center. The hotel facilities are modern and novel, the bedding is comfortable, completely four-star standard. great!

The hotel is conveniently located, near the train station, metro, tram. There are many restaurants / cafes around. Excellent breakfast. The room is dark, I booked a room with a balcony, but when I arrived, they said that the rooms with balconies were being renovated and offered breakfast for the entire stay. Overall, everything is fine, the most important thing is the location of the hotel, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable.

The room is simple, there is an electric treasure, you can drink hot water and coffee, very good! The hot water is very good and the bath is very comfortable! The environment is beautiful and quiet, you can sleep well! The most important thing is that the hotel is in a forest park, and the oxygen is very good! Every day is refreshed! The hotel is very close to the bus station and Carrefour supermarket, convenient for shopping!

D'habitude je suis tjours logé chez Campanile mais là c'était excellent l'accueil très très chaleureux et très agréable et respectueux envers la clientèle. l.'emplacement très calme. En tout cas Merci beaucoup pour les personnels souriantes et très très accueillantes. Je reviendrai et j'en parlerai à mes amis. Merci beaucoup 😘
