Such a lovely family run hotel which really looks after its guests. My daughter has a nut allergy but once we had discussed this with Sofia she made sure that all was safe and let us know which dishes to avoid. The food was very good with plenty of choices. It was lovely to come back to the hotel after a day exploring the many interesting sites on the island and relax on the loungers under the trees by the pool. Car hire is cheap and we would highly recommend hiring one for a day or two as there are lots of beautiful places and sandy beaches to visit.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I will start with the positives( there is not a lot) the place is clean the lady behind the desk i think its sylvin and her little sister are warm and friendly and helpful the lady behind the bar is pleasant and makes the best shandy ever, its a shame the rest of the place is a let down. so i arrived and couldn't find the remote for the aircon went to reception to be told that there is a charge for aircon @7.50euros a night. the first night tried to brave it but it was so hot couldn't, so ended up having to pay for it. Having spoken to a number of other people staying in the hotel it seems like we were the only ones to be charged for aircon is it because we were black( and the only black people in the resort) i don't know but everyone else i spoke to did not get charged for aircon. where not of colour. The hotel states on its website the below and i can dispute the validity of all. 2 swimming pools There is only 1 pool. Internet WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Free WiFi- this only works in the communal area (when it was working) and not in the rooms. Bar omg the worst tasting cocktails ever which even though your all inclusive you can only get cocktail's between 5-10.30pm the young girl was pleasant enough but cannot make cocktail everything had grenadine and tasted vile hence why i stuck to shandy. ice cream you can only get between 2-5pm i was there at 1.55pm and was refused ice cream had to wait till 2pm. So i cant remember what day but we had a power cut for over a hour.. what i don't understand is why they didn't have a generator? The restaurant is the worst tasting slop ever bland over salted food that is a seriously poor representation of Greek food. the juice machine states orange and apple juice what a joke its cordial and a vile tasting one to add. They need to put the lids on all food as there are flies having a feast in the food why they didn't cover the hot food? Minimarket on site that sold things at a hiked up rate. So this hotel is situated a hour or so from Rhodes in the middle of no where and you can wait for a bus but that take over a hour and a taxi is a rip off so you are held ransom to purchase things as the all inclusive is a load of rubbish. snacks you may get off tasting biscuits or water melon but that's it all crisps and snacks you have to pay extra at rip off prices So the website says happy hour lol that didn't exist. There is a beautiful beach but its run down and has abandoned bar and numerous abandoned cars and boats which just spoils the beach. Soundproof rooms.... What a joke so this hotel is at the end of the runway for the airport, airplanes coming and going all the time i lost count the amount of planes going past so close and the noise was unbearable. This Hotel is not fit for purpose and is not disabled friendly at all. For we paid i should be issued a refund as it was a horrible experience.

We booked this hotel as an escape, and escape we did. We came as a customer left feeling like we had made new friends. The hotel staff is run mainly by family but also close friends amazing to watch them work together they all made us feel so welcome remembering what drinks we like too. Xanthy, Sophia, Alex in the restaurant and the other lady sorry I forgot your name. The fantastic Katalina in the bar always there with a smile and happy to chat made us feel super special as did every single person. The food is traditional Greek which is what we love the kitchen staff work hard day and night the pool is immaculate the rooms are immaculate and nothing is too much trouble the air con is fab for a little charge and Sophia let us use a kettle we love a cupa in the Morning we had room 309 we loved watching the birds in the trees and the views over the water was splendid. The hotel has a small shop which is reasonably priced a table tennis table and outside little gym equipment and tennis court. Not forgetting the beautiful little chapel attached to the hotel where I light a candle on the Sunday. This hotel is amazing if you are looking for a quiet break which we were but equally you can hire a car from reception or hop on a bus the hotel is well informed of timings, we walked a lot and wandered down the road to the pebble beach where we saw the most breathtakingly sunset and shared a bottle of fizz . We also swam in the sea plenty take your wetsuit shoes as it’s pebbles. The airport os on your doorstep it did not bother us we like watching and hearing the planes in fact it became a standing joke between me and my husband as a plane spotter . The only complaint I may have is I would love a spirit at lunch time not just wine I would like to also drink my wine out of a plastic wine glass by the pool area but it’s only a small point. We had the most amazing holiday and are looking at booking in October this year already you can’t fault this hotel amd you can have either quiet or you can use as a base. Any people that moan about this hotel need to have a word with themselves we have stayed 5 star all over and are choosing to return here in October . We can’t wait to return we hope you have a great summer season and look forward to seeing you soon kim and jay xx

We based our choice on the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The welcome from Symon was lovely from the second we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and there was the fantastic steel artwork created by a relative also seen throughout the hotel. Very clean and modern. The food was great. Always home cooked by one of the extended family that work at the hotel. More than enough choice, even for my partner who has some dietary requirements. Lovely little bar next to the pool with the friendliest staff you could wish to meet. The pool itself was beautiful in a great setting. The nearby beach is nearly always deserted, which is amazing as the water is clear and the view is stunning. I cannot fault this hotel and will going back soon.

Vallian Village is fantastic. The room we had was basic but spotlessly clean. The lovely cleaners came in everyday to make the beds, mop floors, change towels and empty bins. A huge thank you to them as they work so hard. Air con is charged but at a fair rate, we already knew about this so made allowances for this in our holiday budget. We went all inclusive, the food was amazing. Choice of hot and cold food at every mealtime. Alex and restaurant team were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All inclusive drinks were good. Local beer, wine and soft drinks available from 10.00am daily with a good selection of cocktails and local spirits available from 5pm. Katerina who ran the bar during the day was an absolute angel, she was so amazing and we have made a good friend in her and will definitely in touch. In the evening Simon and his lovely partner ran the bar, again they were fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Pool is great, with lots of sunbeds available (no racing to save beds at stupid o'clock clock). This may be different at height of season. Yes there are planes flying over as hotel is 10 mins from airport (don't pay for airport transfer just get a cab at €15) the planes didn't bother us at all. Local town is 30 minute walk with bars and restaurants. There is a little kiosk (Kiosk Kev as we called him) about 5 mins walk from hotel if you want tobacco /cigarettes. The hotel will arrange taxis or if preferred car hire at a reduced rate. Car hire advised if you want to see the island. Taxi into Rhodes was €30 each way so cheaper to hire a car. The local beach is nice with clear water, the hotel is happy to provide sunbeds if you want to take a 5 min walk to the beach. Overall we had an amazing holiday thanks to Xanthi, her family and Vallian team for making it so special and we hope to be returning next year.

Villian village hotel was a very nice hotel, it was very clean. The staff are very friendly, the food was very good. Its a great place to relax by the pool and sunbath. The only thing I would say on a negative was the hotel is very near the airport, and planes were flying over nearly every two hours which was annoying and a bit noisy, and the entertainment was only on a Thursday, but my family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would go to this hotel again.

I had read previous reviews about this hotel, but wanted a cheap all inclusive break, after a pretty crap year...I didn't actually expect it to be the only hotel in the actual area, apart from one lone bar 10 minutes walk.... the hotel itself was well run by a ively family who were always willing to help, apart from the very rude bar lady on through the day. I would definitely say she doesn't like the English. It seemed even speaking to myself was too much trouble... very rude and abrupt.. most of the other guests had mentioned how rude she was... food was lovely, pool and room spotless.... although we went all inclusive the measures were very short, and snacks virtually non existent.... beaches were really crappy and pebbly.... the bar maid definitely needs to find a new job or a personality change.... the part of Rhodes we went to was far too secluded for us so wouldn't return... if we could pick the hotel up and move it ( minus the bar maid in the day) it would be perfect
