This apartment is fantastic! It's fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, measures 55 square meters, and is very clean and tidy. We stayed for six nights, alternating between long excursions and city tours. We bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked our own meals, which was a huge money-saver in high-priced Iceland (where a croissant costs 45 RMB!). It also allowed us to enjoy Chinese food and rice, simple yet comforting for our 'Chinese stomachs'. For supermarkets, I recommend Bonus (the 'piggy' store) and Krónan. Krónan has fresher and a wider variety of fruits and vegetables than Bonus, plus fresh fish, so I really liked that one. It's about a 9-minute walk away. Bus Stop 12 is just a minute's walk from the entrance, right in front of the Storm Hotel. We booked three day tours (Southern Coast, Golden Circle, Snaefellsnes) and our airport shuttle pick-up from here, which was super convenient. Next to Bus Stop 12, there's another hotel with a wind-sheltered porch at its entrance, perfect for waiting for the bus and escaping Iceland's infamous winds. We took public transport to Sky Lagoon, Perlan (the Natural History Museum, highly recommended!), and Flyover. I highly recommend this apartment; it's not only spacious and comfortable but also incredibly convenient for transportation.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the terrace is a nice bonus. The apartment is quiet, and parking nearby is very convenient.

The room is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for families. The beds are very comfortable! It's also very close to Piggly Wiggly and the coast.

Comfortable and spacious stay in Reykjavík. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for three people. As we were using the sofa bed, we had to set it up ourselves, and the bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were not initially provided in the apartment—we had to collect them from the stock stored in the basement. A shower mat was also missing on the first day and was only provided on our second (and final) day after we raised the issue. That said, the virtual concierge was responsive throughout our stay and did their best to assist whenever we reached out. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main shopping street, making it reasonably convenient while being slightly away from the busiest areas. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a few minor operational hiccups.

Took me a while to find it, but the location is pretty good. Just remember to check the email reminder for the exact check-out time the next day.

This property is centrally located and easily accessible to the town centre. Photos attached are the restaurants and eateries nearby. We could easily walk to the supermarkets,cafes, food courts and symbolic landmarks. There are both underground and meter parking nearby. It is new, clean, well managed and well equipped . Although we were assigned the ground floor and fairly exposed , closing the blinds have eased our minds and have provided the peace of mind. Will booked again when we revisit Iceland

The location of the apartment is well located. Near to bus stop 12 when we are going on tours. The apartment seems to be relatively new, which is a plus point. Very spacious living space. Too huge for the 5 of us, yet, it was comfortable. The check in instructions was straightforward. So was the check out. The amenities in the apartment feels like you are home away from home. 5 star stay definitely. Thank you for the lovely apartment to make our stay in Reyjkavik worthwhile.

The hotel's location is great, parking is convenient, and it's close to all the attractions. The room is spacious and has an enclosed balcony.

Extraordinary perfect place!!! Near bus stop 12, very convenient for the tour. And it's a peaceful location, not crowded as city center. But if u want to head to the city, bus is also around 5mins.

The apartment had everything we needed, plus it was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Although it was located slightly further from the tourist attractions and eateries, it was well-connected via bus routes. All in all, highly recommended for families.

Apartment is clean, spacious and nice views. Near restaurants and convenience store. Excellent and friendly service throughout our stay, keep it up!!
