The hotel is very close to the church and bus stop 8. The reception is very nice and kind. He helped us to book the bus ticket. The room is not big but clean. And the chocolate is also good.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom shower and faucet pipes, and the water pressure was very thin. It was very inconvenient to use a little water. Although the staff were very kind, it didn't help because they couldn't solve the problem at all. If you choose a large bed in the room, it will basically be two beds combined, which is not comfortable at all. Will not stay again.

From start to finish (start being before we even departed because I called to confirm some details) the stay was INCREDIBLE! Such a great location it was easy to walk around and explore. Concierge staff was phenomenal - Gunnar, Alberto, Isaak, and the two blonde women to name a few (sorry didn’t remember their names). Super clean, friendly staff, extremely accommodating with great recommendations! This was for my birthday and it was always my dream to see the northern lights, and it was sensational. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was perfectly fine for the few days we were there. Our room was a bit spartan and the furniture a bit worn. I wish we had reserved a larger room. It was conveniently located to shopping and dining. Staff were lovely and having the restaurant downstairs was convenient.
