Reasonable price for a big room with private kitchen and private toilet and bathroom. Modern design. All by self service, but no problem so far. Convenient location to bus stop 12 for joining local tours.

Apartment/Hotel in a nice location. Very walkable to restaurants and tourist destinations. Close to a geothermally heated pool; you can swim outside any day of the year, rain or shine.

The room was fine and clean, beds were good, One wonky closet door that could have been fixed before we got there. Bathroom smelled a little strange but everything was clean otherwise. Warm weather outside made the room very warm, it would have been good to include a fan in the room. Great location and otherwise good.

The apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. No venting in the bathroom and leaky shower meant a lot of steam in the studio room and water on the bathroom floor.
It wasn’t cleaned particularly well.
And the free washer dryers which initially looked fantastic ended up being a nightmare to operate as the electronics didn’t work properly and the dryer told ages bec the electronics malfunctioned.
It was great for contactless check in, spaciousness and design.

Overall, this hotel is okay. The heating is strong. The facilities in the room are complete, including ancient bowls and pans. The check-in experience is very good. When I placed an order on Ctrip, the platform quickly provided the password for the hotel door and the room. The number was sent to my email and I checked in very conveniently.

Overall it's very comfortable and has a small kitchen for cooking. The hygiene is very good, relatively clean and tidy, and the price is very reasonable. The important thing is that the tour group can be picked up directly below the hotel.

The water supply in the toilet was broken. I called someone to check it out. They asked me to do it myself. I asked if someone could come and check it out within 1/2 days. The staff member replied "I'm not sure." I stayed there for 5 days. I still kept listening to the sound of water. And there is no one to clean it. You have to take the garbage to the garbage room by yourself every day, and you have to get new towels by yourself. The location of the Luggage Room is also unclear. You need to take a lift to go up there. There is one room on each floor.
