Only problem is they switched my King room to a double full room. Iy wasn’t bad, but I paid for the room I wanted.

Absolutely loved the place until it came to a devastatingly nightmarish end when I was basically living there and i went to extend my stay and was given a rate of approx. $800 plus. Had to take iced cold showers after letting it run for an hour to heat which never happened. Never received any incidental charges back. And last but not least... why is anyone walking in my room before check out time? Never mind check out... but insanely early. I would have forgotten about everything else if I wasn't being put on the street because the prices were jacked astronomically.
Dear Sheraton, can you at least release my incidentals so maybe I can figure something out... please and thank you

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. However, the hotel has a shuttle bus  providing round trip from the hotel to the airport. It saves $18 for a trip👍🏼
The hotel environment is comfortable and the room is big enough. There are dining options nearby.
The staff at the front desk are very friendly. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

Generally, the room is very large, the smell of disinfectant is very strong, it is not close to the airport, but there is a shuttle bus, and I gave a room on the first floor without an elevator

Very good hotel, not far from the airport and urban area, convenient for living around, supermarkets, restaurants, parking lots, Chinese restaurants, not far from the beach, cheap and worth recommending!

I have stayed here before and came back because of previous positive experiences, but tonight was different. When I stayed before, I didn’t pay for long term parking and tonight I was informed that it is $25/night, and my 12 year old was eager to use the pool that is opened until 10:00, and was told they closed it early (it was 9:30 when I asked). I had a very long day at work and then nearly a 3 hour drive so I was hoping for a relaxing stay. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.
